“My daughter and I came here on our way back home from American dream and we are so glad we did. The alfredo pasta with chicken was superb! Much better than I’ve had at other spots for 50% higher prices.

We also got the pizza with the three different sauces (marinara, pesto, and something else) and the pasta filled me up so we got it to go and had it the next day. I don’t know if the pizza tastes better when reheated the next day, or if it normally tastes like that, but the pizza was excellent. Not too thick, not too thin, just right! We’ll be making more trips after our mall runs 🤤“

“We are from out of town and simply searched for nearby pizza to meet a craving! The reviews are what sold me, so I decided to leave one as well! The pizza was exactly what we were looking for! The crust was crispy on the outside while tender with the right amount of chew. The pizza had the perfect ratio and distribution of toppings. I loved the meatball, ricotta and onion pizza! My husband enjoyed the meat lovers. They have budget-friendly slice+soda deals, which multiple people purchased while we dined in. There are a few covered tables for small groups or a quick bite and we watched a soccer match on TV while the pizza was freshly prepared with a very reasonable wait time. “Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

The plain slice I had was underwhelming - nice thin crust, but for a place called “Pizza Loves Sauce” I found the sauce to be very mild, almost a non-factor. Overall, I’d give it 6/10.

I didn’t realize this shop is halal, not sure how that affects things other than no pork in the pepperoni and no real bacon on the bacon ranch pizza. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The owner, and who I believe to be his wife, are the real deal. Genuinely good people making simple, fresh, and delicious food. The pizza is fantastic and authentic. The sandwiches are phenomenal. The bread is made to-order. This place is the very definition of Italian cooking personified in a little pizza place which finds itself in Union Square.

I also wanted to add that I saved my eggplant slice for the next day and it was so amazing- a thick slice of eggplant sits atop a sicilian-like square with plenty of sauce and not too much cheese- better than any eggplant parm hero I've ever had.
