I made an order and paid for a gluten-free bun, which I got, and it was absolutely stale! When I checked the bag, there were no fries, so I went back up to the service desk, and the lady gave me my fries and she was very nice. And then I realize she also had not given me my drink. Really! I don't mind the missing fries and the drink or charging me a dollar for a stale gluten-free bun is unfair. I mean this bun fell apart.
The fries are exquisitely fried to the point where it's just crispy on the outside but smooth like butter on the inside. But you can't deny just like how peanut butter needs jelly, these fries would not be what it is without cheese sauce. And we cannot forget about the cookies and cream shake. The best goddamn shake in the nation. Wait, I said nation, but imma just put it in there, in the damn world. Mamba out!

This place is not great I ordered 3 shack burgers, and 2 fries it's been an expensive service fee on DoorDash. I also think theres too little of seating to sit anywhere. They’re very slow. When the food came it had no sauce and came in a very damaged bag. The chicken ripped apart very easily because of its poor quality and it was very salty. Disappointing experience.
