Taco Bell in Jersey City

“I'm vegetarian but my partner isn't, so when a very nice employee saw that the majority of my mobile order was vegetarian friendly except for one thing she kindly called us over to make sure that we knew which ones were safe for me and which ones weren't. Five stars for the above and beyond service, wish we got her name, it was around 8pm on August 23rd“

“Traveling all over the United States can get kinda lonely & sometimes you need a touch of something totally familiar. Few things score on the point like Taco Bell. I'm a serious lover of tacos. Many things help create a touchstone of course the food and being open late are just a couple. The only thing keeping Taco Bell from 5 stars really isn't their fault. Mexican food is notoriously difficult to eat while driving. That's just a fact. I've watched for decades Taco Bell's valiant efforts to created such things. Some have been okay some not. But alas my beloved tacos are beyond reach. Perhaps that is by design. They require me to stop and take a few minutes from my journey. Allowing me to savior the delicious blending of the ingredients. After all nothing beats a really good crunchy Taco Supreme. Keep up the good work. I'll be on the road again soon.“

“Not always the best Taco Bell location, but today they didn’t have nacho fries anymore and my rewards did not load. The manager Catherine was very nice and helpful and gave me a sample of the freeze reward. You never get good customer service anymore and she was a great manager. Thank you!“
