“This Wendy's is pretty good, above average compared to the other Wendy's in the area. One thing that is really important to remember about this location is that it is right inside Journal Square, so it is going to be very very very high volume. They handle it fairly well and the food is made to order. Despite the high volume, I never felt like I was being rushed or the customer service was being compromised.

The one area where this Wendy's suffers is the sit-down experience is not the greatest, granted in a transit center I'd imagine most of the orders are take out, but I would still like to see more attention paid to the dine-in experience. Other than that, this is an above average Wendy's“
