“The female manger that works over night is professional an helpful i came there couple nights sometimes the walk-up and other time through the drive-through whenever I come there she always ensured that orders are correct. She even asked customer to ensure that everything is in their bags. I stood, there for waitingfor my order and she was dealing with some delivered guys and she was so professional. I admire her for that, I hope she keeps that professionalizing and Wendy's hired more employees/manger like her“
“Cant really complain too much staff is kind, my order is correct 9/10 times but it is painfully slow, please wendys corporate give them an extra employee who works only the register bc there is never anyone there, you consistently have to wait for a cook to be less busy to be acknowledged/get your order. The only issues here are definitely coming from some corporate dh manager who wants an extra few bucks a month for cutting employees“
“We visited last night and I must commend one of your employees for his exceptional hard work and dedication. Despite the rush before closing, this man put on his best face and worked the parking lot delivering food to cars as fast as humanly possible. He went above and beyond to ensure great service rectifying some issues with the order contents immediately. It was clear he was working overtime, yet he remained positive and efficient throughout.
