The only thing bad is that they are 45 minutes from me. I wish there was one closer to where I live. I would be going more often. I'm hoping one day they will become a franchise. “We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“

My mother had my babyshower here about 5 years ago now, and it was great for an event. Perfect event space with a separate door. Can't wait to go back!“

“I live in Florida, but I wanted to send Halloween-themed baked goods for my sons and daughter-in-law in Jersey City. Baking Mama delivered delicious cookies, cupcakes, and brownies on time right to their door. My kids said they were delicious and they looked great in the photos they sent. Two thumbs up!“

The banana bread is my favorite but All of the different baked goods are to die for! Never had anything but excellent here. “Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

“WOW! I have life long dairy allergies and recent celiac diagnosis and I am so happy with this bakery! Since Erin McKennas bakery closed in NYC I’ve been on a hunt for a bakery that meets my allergen needs as a lot of vegan bakeries are not also nut free or don’t offer gluten free baked goods. I got a cookie and some of the No Whey chocolates and my partner got a cake truffle and cupcake. The cookie was amazing and my partner said the cake truffle was really good too (they didn’t get a gluten free one). I am happy to know that I have a safe bakery that I can go to and recommend to my family. Will be going back here!“

“Received the most amazing surprise birthday cake from SJ! It was as delicious as it was beautiful! This is our third time ordering from SJ, and each time it has been better than the last! I cannot recommend using them for any baked needs you have! We have gotten the chocolate cake with Oreo filling twice and there’s never any cake left! Everyone loves it!
