“This isn't the first time I went to Ralph's. It was in the summer right after I came from Jimmy Max With a bunch of People. 70 degrees, perfect weather and a good time to have a Frozen treat.??? Last time I had coconut flavored Italian ice, this time I had pina colada cream ice. In this location is like a little plaza and it had a spot which showed a whole menu. They even had ice cream, smoothies, cream iced and many more. I looked in the window where they prep the ice cream and it smelled like fun. ? I think I might want to come back some more flavors to try out.???“

Have done lotsa DQing. It's okay. And I think the dense, dense thick custard at Rita's may be a richer take on the confection. But Tom's custard was great on a hot late summer day.“

“As another Great season of delicious italian ices from Ralphs comes to an end I would like to speak for all customers when I say that this years customer service was the best in recent years. The staff is made up of high school and college students that were extremely nice. In the many times I visited Ralphs this year, I was greeted by a worker named Bill on multiple occasions. Bill, always wearing his green Yankee baseball cap, was very helpful and outgoing and would usually give me the weekly breakdown on the yankees season which I quickly started to look foward to on my trips to Ralphs. All in all this location is the best by far in Staten Island. Can’t wait for you to be open again!!“

“Had a catering order. Placed the order a week in advance. The morning if pickup, the order states that it was ready when it was not. Got to the store and told them i was there for a catering pickup. No one said anything and they started to scramble to package everything. We paid extra to get the cookies in individual boxes. Upon getting the order noticed that nothing was in individual boxes. Now I have to scramble before an event to package these things. Do not get a large order from here.

Edit: cookies were delicious and we still had to make the boxes and pack the cookies ourselves the morning of our event but the store did right by us and gave us a refund.“

“Before walking into carvel, I had hurt my finger and was in need of a bandaid. I ended up asking the worker and he looked very concerned for me. He ended up taking out a first aid kit and put the bandaid on me with a healing jelly thingy. He didn’t have too, but he did. I think that shows how much he cares about his customers. I was excited to try the ice cream but the two flavors I got are about 60-80% toppings so it kind of just feels like I’m taking bites of brownies.
