“We got food from them the other day and everyone in my family loved it. We ordered margarita pizza and my kids said it was the best they ever had. The baked manicotti was really good. The broccoli and cheese calzone was amazing, especially when dipped into the sauce. The Mac and cheese balls were delicious. The fries for me were a little too salty, but everyone else said they tasted really good. Can’t wait to be in their area again so we can order more food from them.“

“We love Jimmy Tomato's. My husband and I are vegan and they will make all the Indian vegetarian pies vegan. The veggies are exceptionally good crisp and perfect. I can't stand what veggies past their prime. I will not eat and never go back. The freshness of the veggies is top notch. Be forewarned the Indian pies are very spicy! Kids love their traditional pies. I have had them as well and they are good Roman pizza pies.“

They had everything ready at 11am when iI needed it, they sliced a certain number of pies in 16 just like I requested, and they labeled the boxes so I knew which was which. Perfect transaction and very reasonable. Would absolutely order from again. I used to eat there when I worked in the area and the food was always fresh and delicious. This order was no different. It's close to the Willowbrook Mall, and significantly less expensive than the food and drink options you'll find there. “I like this place. It's not the best Italian restaurant, but the food is solid and the service was good. The prices are about the same as most other local restaurant. The night we went i wasn't too hungry so i decided to order the grilled chicken pannini because i thought it would be on the lighter side and not too filling. It was huge and very good. I would go back just for that. I tried a slice of the pizza which was thin crust and that darkened cheese style that seems to be popular around here. It was pretty good but not a standout like the pannini. My only negative about the experience was the drain flies. There were several in the bathroom and some had made their way to the dining room. That is the reason for minus one stars. Overall i recommend this place.“

“We have ordered from Frank's numerous times with no issues. Tonight, driver arrived with 2 items missing and instead of leaving the items he had, took them with him....cold when he returned. Must have thought he was an Indy car driver on the way back because all the sauce for the mussels was gone, box was saturated. When questioned, he checked and said Ooops, sorry, and left. Called and spoke with the Manager who seemed less than Customer Service concerned although did offer another order of mussels. Unfortunately, with the fear of sabotage on the replacement due to complaining, we declined. Should have offered some kind of refund. As a Client Svc Mgr this is an unacceptable response to a dissatisfied client. We will not be ordering from Frank's again. I guess they have enough clients to not care about EVERY client. Shame!“
