“Ordered the other day on the app. Picked up my coffee and it tasted burnt, didn't taste right at all Now, I've had that happen in other stores thru the years and usually they get defensive saying it's not. Anyway, I walked back and and told them and the young guy in the asked if I'd like him to remake it(someone else made it) with a smile . I said yes and in a flash I had my coffee correctly, a great attitude from him, and walked out a happy customer. More customer service should be like him & his coworker. I will definitely go there more often because my other one acts like I'm bothering them when I go in and puts your coffee down on the other side and walks away .. The ones at the DD are super friendly and personable!!“

“We have gone here every weekend ever since we found out about this place! I wish they opened earlier than 11 am :( - Their coffee (specifically lattes) are out of this world. Before, LaVazza had my favorite lattes, but now CB does! Not only that, but $4-5 for an amazing good sized-coffee? I have probably had 15 by now and I have never had a bad one. I've tried most of their specialty candy bar lattes but the Jack Frost is my favorite - Service is outstanding. I've been served by multiple employees and so far they've all been extremely nice and helpful. Both dine-in and take-out. They are also very fast - Food is also extremely good, but, in my opinion a bit too expensive for what it is. However, the size is decent and it tastes very high quality. 15% lower price would be better. The chicken parm sandwich and caesar salad are my favorites and one of the best I've ever had (longhorn beats their caesar). Food has not disappointed so far - Environment is also nice. Clean area, clean bathrooms, and bonus that it's not always jam packed so it's quite peaceful Food I have tried and enjoyed: quesadilla, grilled chicken nachos, fries, caesar salad, classic pizzette, cheeseburger, sicily stuffed chicken wrap, chicken brushette wrap, chicken broccoli cheddar wrap, chicken cordon bleu wrap. Their chicken is also fantastic“

“Room to sit down and spacious, delicious food, they make the sandwiches right in front of you, so you can tell the Mexican to put on some more tuna or onions if you see that he didn’t put on enough for your likings, I can’t say the tuna is as good as bagel nosh’s tuna, but the tuna bagel that I got was still amazing!“

“Whoever owns this store needs to give Carlos a huge raise. Every morning he is hussling his butt off and really sincerely cares about his regulars that come in. I have never seen someone run around like he does. He basically handles the morning rush all by himself, it’s honestly incredible. I don’t even mind waiting for my orders because I know he’s a one man show. As someone who worked at a coffee chain for five years I would consider it a privilege to have him on my team. So if you go there and they’re a little slow, know it is definitely not for a lack of trying. If you’ve seen him you know I’m not exaggerating.“

“Definitely cannot complain about this Starbucks every time we order on the app are order is ready when we walk in. It's never been sitting too long. It's never cold or food is always hot. They definitely have the timing down perfect! The staff is always so friendly. They know our orders by heart before we even walk in. That's how often we are there“

“Whoever was working the Labor Day 2022 morning shift (approximately 1030am) deserves a raise. Naturally everyone is stopping here on their way home from the beach or vacation. It took about 20-25 minutes to get my order but all things considered I have zero complaints. The staff went above and beyond, and in that time I was there must have helped close to a hundred customers and orders. Keep in mind this was only FOUR staff (2 men and 2 women, I mention this so hopefully the manager can see who it was and pass on the message, although I believe one of them behind the counter helping was a manager as well) helping all these customers. They operated like a well oiled machine and didn’t stop moving. These 4 deserve a significant raise. Every single one was courteous, smiled at every customer, and to keep things moving even came out from behind the counter to start ahead on drink orders. It was beyond impressive. Cannot stress enough how amazing and professional these 4 were.“

“The cleanest and healthiest food you can get in New Jersey. The Howell location is the one I’m reviewing here. I get the Tuna avacado sandwich and also the accai bowl with pineapple and almond butter. Always good. Very consistent. Salads are also good. “I’m going through a rough transition seeking housing and this location has been a blessing to me. Friendly atmosphere, plenty of outlets to charge devices, including USB ports if you only have cables to charge with. It was clean and had great lighting for a bookworm like me…I’m hypersensitive to light and it was perfect here. I know people tend to leave complaints over small things and mix ups, that can happen anywhere. Their friendly service served me exactly what I wanted and the cappuchino and Boston Cream donut were amazing. A great start to my day, runnin’ on Dunkin’!!!!!!!“
