“This store is my regular Dunkin, so I visit a few times a week. The staff are always friendly, and they always have my drinks ready. Most of the usual morning staff recognize my name, and greet me warmly. I've done their job, and they do theirs well!“

Parking: Access to building is at both RT 37 and side street with light on the corner. It could be tricky getting in and out but not confusing“

“I gave been to playa bowl over 10 times and my experience today was not good. The staff today was not very welcoming. If the owners were there today when I went they sure were not friendly. I told the cashier no coconuts and they put some in, then she says you want a lid and I said well yea, it’s to go. She didn’t even put them in a bag. I always buy the Nutella one and I always buy 2. All the other times I had no problems great staff and friendly.“

“We have gone here every weekend ever since we found out about this place! I wish they opened earlier than 11 am :( - Their coffee (specifically lattes) are out of this world. Before, LaVazza had my favorite lattes, but now CB does! Not only that, but $4-5 for an amazing good sized-coffee? I have probably had 15 by now and I have never had a bad one. I've tried most of their specialty candy bar lattes but the Jack Frost is my favorite - Service is outstanding. I've been served by multiple employees and so far they've all been extremely nice and helpful. Both dine-in and take-out. They are also very fast - Food is also extremely good, but, in my opinion a bit too expensive for what it is. However, the size is decent and it tastes very high quality. 15% lower price would be better. The chicken parm sandwich and caesar salad are my favorites and one of the best I've ever had (longhorn beats their caesar). Food has not disappointed so far - Environment is also nice. Clean area, clean bathrooms, and bonus that it's not always jam packed so it's quite peaceful Food I have tried and enjoyed: quesadilla, grilled chicken nachos, fries, caesar salad, classic pizzette, cheeseburger, sicily stuffed chicken wrap, chicken brushette wrap, chicken broccoli cheddar wrap, chicken cordon bleu wrap. Their chicken is also fantastic“

“I recently discovered Tommy’s Boy Cafe and had a pleasant experience. The brown sugar coffee was unique , the vibe is laid-back, making it ideal for a fun photo shoot if you’re into that kinda thing.

The spacious, clean space in downtown TR, coupled with their beautiful menu and great customer service, ensures I'll be back to explore more. Highly recommended“

“Room to sit down and spacious, delicious food, they make the sandwiches right in front of you, so you can tell the Mexican to put on some more tuna or onions if you see that he didn’t put on enough for your likings, I can’t say the tuna is as good as bagel nosh’s tuna, but the tuna bagel that I got was still amazing!“

“What a great place to have a meal while at The Mall! I had a delicious sandwich, even though I had already had something for breakfast earlier. The food was amazing! And the server was very helpful in getting me anything that I needed. And of course, their atmosphere was nice too. “Whoever owns this store needs to give Carlos a huge raise. Every morning he is hussling his butt off and really sincerely cares about his regulars that come in. I have never seen someone run around like he does. He basically handles the morning rush all by himself, it’s honestly incredible. I don’t even mind waiting for my orders because I know he’s a one man show. As someone who worked at a coffee chain for five years I would consider it a privilege to have him on my team. So if you go there and they’re a little slow, know it is definitely not for a lack of trying. If you’ve seen him you know I’m not exaggerating.“

She said no no no sorry.... I said why? Try again to read my order by app dount dunkin always. She said oh okay then get food without pepsi. Few sec she forget give you pepsi.

Why not communicate by app pick up or drive thur always order and easy and no question or complain. Shame it“

“Definitely cannot complain about this Starbucks every time we order on the app are order is ready when we walk in. It's never been sitting too long. It's never cold or food is always hot. They definitely have the timing down perfect! The staff is always so friendly. They know our orders by heart before we even walk in. That's how often we are there“

“I’m going through a rough transition seeking housing and this location has been a blessing to me. Friendly atmosphere, plenty of outlets to charge devices, including USB ports if you only have cables to charge with. It was clean and had great lighting for a bookworm like me…I’m hypersensitive to light and it was perfect here. I know people tend to leave complaints over small things and mix ups, that can happen anywhere. Their friendly service served me exactly what I wanted and the cappuchino and Boston Cream donut were amazing. A great start to my day, runnin’ on Dunkin’!!!!!!!“

Hailey (sorry if I spelt your name wrong), Debbie, and Sky are awesome although ALL of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I used to go to the one on the corner of Oak and Hooper in TR but the staff there are off putting.

“I have only had açaí/pitaya/dragon bowls here but I’m a big fan. I’ve been to other establishments and chains and this is by far the freshest and most appetizing. The quality shines though. The fruit toppings are cut small and are fresh . I wouldn’t say you’re welcomed with exuberance when you walk in but it’s not a bad vibe either. Maybe it could be better , but it’s like going to a doctor with great expertise and nice enough bedside manner. U don’t switch for that.“

“I live in town and come here few times a week with family and alone, we usually like to sear on the potch outside, but thr floor cement is really dirty and disgusting stained with lots of drips and other things , I specifically aske the people at the front desk why nothing ever gets done or cleaned here there answer was ... the manager knows but doesn't really care .. I have to say prople at front service are very good and customers friendly, I am a business man and had several restaurants, always kept areas clean, thus particular store the manager claimed is landlord responsible fit clean areas ? That's not true since all commercial leased store are triple net lease and responsible fir their own area , thr landlord is only responsible fir leaks and roof ... this store does lots of business but this manager obviously does a very poor job and careless in my opinion. Employees tempt to agree with that ... we love this brand and location. But a bit of care would go a long way . Star box can afford a half hour powerwash for the sanity and wellbeing of its own customers. Thus manager is lacking in managing this busy store .“
