It's a time capsule... A dark, cozy bar with a sweetheart of an owner/bartender, Carol. Brick walls, dim lighting and decorative relics from decades past. It feels like a place our grandparents, and even our parents, would have gone to often. Words cannot express the feeling I got a soon as I walked in. Nostalgia in the most perfect way.“

“Our evening couldn't have been any more delightful. Our bourbon manhattans were exceptional as usual. For appetizers,the 6 of us tried the roast oysters, risotto and the salad options. Most of us had the signature pork chop, which was perfect for the rather cold night. My wife had the cod, which has become her favorite. The other member of our group had the rack of lamb, which was cooked to perfection. Our server, Aileen goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. We will definitely return to try some of the other menu suggestions. Thank you Chef Chris for another fine dining experience.“

Don't pay attention to the reviews about decor, lack of music and plastic cups. If you enjoy awesome beer and the ability to walk around the village with it in the previously mentioned plastic cups, then you need to visit them.“

It truly was a unique experience like no other. The atmosphere had a cool and quaint vibe. You'll find the stage through the bar and inside a door that looks similar to a medieval/barn door. 😅
They have a few tables to sit at if youre lucky to grab one and a nice waitress that was going around! My cocktail was strong and tasty.
The location is a bit daunting and I definitely drove around for 45 minutes looking for parking anywhere remotely close to this.“

The venue is absolutely stunning, and the food is phenomenal, yet these two things do not hold a candle to the service. The staff was polite and beyond attentive—they circled the dining room for the entirety of our event ensuring each of our guests had everything and anything they needed. Not one person had to ask for a drink refill, and it’s safe to say that all expectations were exceeded. “Me and my girlfriend went there for a Galentine‘s Bestie brunch and had such a wonderful experience. It was the first time either one of us had ever been there and we had a wonderful server named Rich who was friendly and warm and took great care of us making sure we had our bottomless mimosas throughout the entire meal. The food was fantastic. We got the breakfast quesadilla the cheddar grits and French toast and each thing was better than the next. We will definitely be back.“

“Open table is not operational at present. Small restaurant with limited seating. Would not get the traditional margarita again due to lacking in taste and was mostly ice. Tacos were tasty. Everything is ala carte. Nacho chips were mediocre, but we enjoyed the fire roasted salsa. We had attentive service.“

“We were in town last night for a sports tournament and stumbled upon the Firkin Tavern. With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. The food also exceeded our expectations, it wasn’t just typical bar food.. everything was delicious and really impressed us. If we’re ever in the area again for a tournament, we’ll definitely be back!“

“Very nice anniversary evening at the inn. We had not been there in many years. There have been a few different owners in the recent past but it still feels familiar. Different but familiar which I think is great. My friend is running the place now and seems to have put together a great team and some very nice dishes. Just last week we were texting about the inn and the menu and I mentioned the famous tomato bisque that the inn used to serve. Well not even 10 days later it’s back in the menu, which I think will be a welcome surprise to the local crowd. We are looking forward to returning.“

“On Sunday, November 23, 2025 I became reacquainted with an old college classmate and roommate of mine from Cal State, San Bernardino who came all the way from San Diego to visit friends of his located in NJ. We drove into New Hope for dinner and chose the Havana New Hope because we heard it was a great restaurant. Well...the food was terrific...and the service by your wonderful and beautiful server, Harley, made our visit one to remember. I plan to return with my family in the very near future to see a play at the Bucks County Playhouse....and go and finish our stay with a meal at Havana....be sure to let Harley know how good she was last night... ~ J Michael Baran“
