“CHIVES IS BACK! Thanks to Chef Mateo and his wife for reopening Chives and returning it's glory serving great food with a smile. The old menu under Chef Ryan is very familiar with some great new additions. Food, service and the original atmosphere are excellent. Portions and quality are excellent with fair to low prices. Chef Mateo added dinner to the menu which they serve on Friday and Saturday. I had the carnitas bowl....fantastic“

“I visited Jess's Juice Bar yesterday and have been a regular here for awhile. It’s truly the only authentic juice bar I’ve found in the area. They offer a fantastic selection, and everything is always fresh. We tried a green juice, soups, which were clearly homemade and delicious. My daughter had the chocolate banana and peanut butter smoothie, which was creamy and delicious! We also enjoyed a sandwich that was fresh and delicious + GLUTEN FREE! I wish they were closer to us, but we’re more than happy to make the drive to Lambertville for quality food!“

“The ice cream here is very good. They always have a large and unique selection of flavors. My only problem with this location is that it's a rather long walk from the main Street if you are in lambertville for the day. Other than that I would say it's worth the walk or even to drive to get some.“

As someone with dietary issues, she took the time to find out not only if the food could be prepped a certain way, but also came out with a list to show no cross contamination. “Having moved to the area recently, my mother had looked for areas where I could eat due to my severe food allergies. And that’s why, 16 years ago as a 3 year old, I ate my first pizza ever (upside down! Haha). Very quickly Jules became my favorite pizza spot. Every few days I would beg my parents (along with my siblings) to get pizza.

I am very fortunate to return here on a road trip after moving out of state, and it seems the pizza has only gotten better! Additionally they now have products from The Happy Mixer (a local gluten/allergy free bakery) which I used to purchase food from a great deal when I was younger.

“This is one of two breakfast spots where I enjoy the shrimp and grits. It's very delicious and filling! I get bacon to add to the grits because everything is better with bacon. The latte was also hot for almost my whole meal; everywhere else it's cold after five minutes. I'm not sure how they're doing that, but I hope they keep doing it! All the employees are polite as well. I come from another state to eat here because I love the food and the service is great.“

“Big fan of the Borsch Belt because they have gluten friendly options! Actually, they’re the only place locally where I can get the most delicious gluten free everything bagel breakfast sandwich! They are soft with the most wonderful bread texture and delicious flavor. I usually order 2-3 extra bagels for my freezer at home. Unfortunately, this last time I ordered the bagels were rock hard, solid, and bit stale. Hopefully it was a one time occurrence!!“

“I really like the food at wild ginger 2. The sushi rolls, spring rolls, and green curry are fantastic. I only dislike the takeout process. It took 55 minutes to fill my order one time and when I went to pick it up, the ladies at the front looked confused. They didn't have my order ready and I waited as orders after mine were picked up. I was hoping they would discount my order for the mistake but that did not happen.“

Service was good but due to a how busy they were we didn’t get the attention needed HOWRVER the server was Extremely nice and when I did flag him down he attended to my need. It’s a pizza restaurant so yea like no issue there.

**The Food**
As one of the top 10% of Pizza reviewers on google…. Here is my review.
I did a meat lovers pizza and it was delicious. I did substitute the sausage because I’m very particular and did want to be harsh. This isn’t New Haven style but this isn’t New York style. It does but you in the mind of Greek styled pizza if you’ve had it. Nice crunchy crust, great cheese, nice sauce. I also grabbed some wings and they were fried to perfection.

My friend said he didn’t like the pizza but he took a slice home 🤔😂
