“Had a delightful experience at Brielle House Bar & Grill. Very impressed with the menu and execution of all the dishes that we ordered. We were lucky to score an oversized booth, which was cozy. Nice pour on the wine. The place is spotless, elevated, but not at all stuffy. Staff made us feel so welcome. I am truly confused about the motive of a prior review I read on here. It cannot be the same place that we just enjoyed so much.“

“Great atmosphere for sure. 3 different bars to choose from. Stopped by for a quick bite after a long day of travel because it was walking distance, but the food was just okay. The effort is definitely not there food wise, but it's my first trip to the Shore, so I can't really compare it to any other food spots. At $20 bucks a head for food, it's too expensive for what you get.“

“Great laid back atmosphere for fun drinks and live music. BUT people need to clean up after themselves and staff needs to wipe tables down in between customers. Over the weekend there was trash all over the sand and sticky tables.“

“This was our first time at Rosie’s and it was a delight! We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. This restaurant did not disappoint. The food was delicious. Our waitress Sarah was was so sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be back.“

“thanks to the polite waitress and manager that took care of us last night... have a few too many Doms. They are the best and really hot the spot if you're looking to get a buzz... After our night of getting smashed we got cut off, and manager even gave us a ride to the hotel across the street. so thanks again for taking the time to truly care about your patrons....“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Keep your families AWAY from this place! Seeing a giant poster mounted on the side of your establishment that's this graphic, showing a decapitated sea turtle isn't something my child or any other children need to see while enjoying a beautiful day on the boardwalk in Seaside. Absolutely horrible!“

“This is one of our frequently visited restaurants. Service at the tables and at the Bar or outside on the patio is always prompt and friendly. Menu is varied enough to suit anyone's taste. Well worth a visit for a good meal. sufficient parking in their lot. They are closed on Mondays.“

“We went to masons, pretty much right before they closed on a Saturday (1am), and Jeremiah treated us (and everyone else) like we were royalty. He was kind, responsive, entertaining, and pretty much made my bad night considerably better. It was the first time we had been to the bar and will definitely not be the last, for us or our friends. “I just wanted to reach out & thank your staff on duty from Friday 8/18 Especially Rod/Ron the Manager (my apologies I don't remember his name exactly) for outstanding customer service! We were at the restaurant Friday evening. It was the last night of our family Seaside Vacation and our first time dining at The Sawmill. We were seated promptly(young hostess with curly hair and an air cast), drinks & food orders were taken very quickly(female server with dark curly hair and an accent). Our beverages came out in a flash, and our appetizers were moments behind. When my teenage son reached across for some tasty pretzel bites...he knocked his full orange soda into his lap (and shirt) , onto the floor, & even onto me! We sent him to the restroom to try and clean himself up while we motioned for help, we didn't want anyone to slip on the wet floor! Within seconds your staff responded in the best possible way. Your manager was mopping up the floor, our server was bringing a replacement soda, one of the ladies bussing tables hustled over with towels. By the time my son returned from the restroom my husband and I were discussing how to proceed (Run back to the house to change or by new clothes on the boardwalk) when Rod/Ron appeared on bended knee next to my son with Sawmill t-shirts in tow asking his size so he could change his shirt. My son initially refused because; it was "all his fault & he didn't deserve it" but; Rod/Ron persisted and convinced my son that these kinds of things happen to everyone. A point I was just making to my child, when my son heard this he accepted. The way your staff responded in the moment took what could have been an awful end to our vacation into a very bright spot because of how attentive and supportive your staff was. “Came on New Years Eve. Servers were very friendly and attentive and Brianna handled our large party very well. Food was quite good for a chain restaurant and prices are reasonable, portion sizes a bit too big for me! My only critique is reaching the service staff to clear dishes between courses - with appetizers, entrees and desserts it becomes a real mess!“

More than just a hotel bar at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Toms River, Christopher’s is a great spot to meet up with friends, enjoy a friendly environment, indulge in a meal from an American-style food menu & a full-bar menu, and bring your well behaved and leashed pup along (the hotel is also dog friendly!). The menu is full of favorites and the environment has warm tones.“

“During my trip to New York, I came here every morning for the best milkshakes—especially for just $3?! That kind of deal doesn’t even exist in Europe! Absolutely amazing.
On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking, making the experience even better. They also serve delicious ham and cheese sandwiches at an equally great price.
If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. Great food, great prices, and a great way to start your day!“

“There is no reason this restaurant should not be five star! We eat here all of the time, and the food is 100% perfect every time. Perfectly cooked fish, a huge variety of menu items, great cocktails, and live entertainment. Not to mention its waterfront. We absolutely love this Gem of a restaurant, and think you will too! “We heard about Castaways from some friends and had to give it a try. The drinks were a little expensive but maybe because we had several and it added up. The food was better than good and my wife commented that the fish was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was prompt and courteous. It was a good time and that’s what we look for during the winter.“
