“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

“We ate here for my son's 11th birthday. The hostesses greeted us with pleasant smiles. Our waitress, Liz was very polite and accommodating. Our food was well prepared delicious and a gracious portion size. At the end of our meal Liz brought out a delicious brookie topped with ice cream in celebration of my son's birthday. This experience is one we will never forget. 10/10 in all areas!!!!! Simply AMAZING ♥“

“We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“

The space includes a flat-screen TV for presentations or party highlights, plus its own private bathroom and bar. “Great Food, Great Service Great Atmosphere. So we were bummed when we saw they closed the original location because how much we loved the place. We were relieved when they announced they were opening up in a much more appropriate and highly upgraded venue. This was perfect timing for us to celebrate our 9 year anniversary here. Upon arriving the inside captures the comfort and style of the Livingston location and then improves upon it with the beautiful outside seating area. Now onto the food which is just as good if not better than the original location im glad to see the quality has remained consistent. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wifes pasta dish was packed with quality flavor. The drink menu was definitely brought to the next level as well everything seemed like it was fine tuned and everything we tried was on point and had its own unique delicious flavor profile. Andy behind the bar was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to about the different cocktails. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was great it wasn't youre traditional kind but we loved the spin they put on it with the cake and ice-cream. Lastly for service Jonathan took amazing care of us and made our special day very memorable along with the rest of the staff. Everyone that came by the table was professional and had a smile on their face. They all seemed happy and took pride in their work which was nice to see. We will definitely be returning in the future. I implore anyone that reads this to visit and support this wonderful place.“

“I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. I really love the unique atmosphere of the place -warm, classy and comfortable all at once. No boring old chain restaurant vibes here. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely host future events here.“

“Fabulous place to host a private event in their beautiful downstairs area. The buffet was one of the best I have ever been to, the dressing on the salad was exceptional. The owner was very accommodating and the menu offered a variety of choices that took into consideration allergies and dietary preferences. not one complaint on any of the food. our server dona was terrific, the place is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, lots of parking available and very reasonable prices. I have also been there for lunch and highly recommend their flatbread. Love this place and will be back often.“

They make the best breakfast in town, too bad they aren't open earlier but I guess to keep quality the chef/owner need to sleep or be with their families at some point unfortunately for us hungry customers. “I was hostessing there. The 3 owners work really hard to accommodate the customers, the tents really were a blessing to so many of them especially when it rained. . Lots of people enjoyed just being able to come out and see others and share a meal with each other. Everyone loved the food Especially now that Giuseppe has joined as the main cook. His meals can’t compare to none other as that’s what all the customers told me the other day“

“Having been here many many times, I continually enjoy the authentic northern China seafood and other dishes that this restaurant makes. Their seafood is mostly pan-Yello Sea style, that of Qingdao and Dalian. The dumolings here are also great, honemade with thicker skins than usual. Service is fine, food arrives pretty fast. The facility is a bit run down, but that doesn't destract the tasty food they offer here.“

The prices were so reasonable which is rare in Montclair! and they were so dog friendly! it was our first time there but not the last!“

Not to mention the food is phenomenal. I’m highly addicted to the Franklin steak house salad with steak. Their house dressing is soooooo good. Get the garlic bread too. Everything is really good. I’ve no complaints.
