“My family always comes here for a quick bite whenever we get a chance to be together. We happened to go on Father’s Day and the owner surprised our table by taking care of the bill for us. The waitress had come to our table to let us know that owner likes to choose a family once a week as a giving back gesture and comps their bill and that our family was chosen. It was so sweet and we asked to meet him to thank him. He said he saw our daughter and said “the kids are our future” in Spanish. It was beautiful. Plus the food is always tasty and the waitress was very personable and polite and friendly throughout the dining experience. 🩷“

“My wife and I drove an hour to check this place out. We definitely were not disappointed. I had the chicken parm with pasta and she had the Carbonara. The portions and the food were excellent. It was definitely worth the trip and we will be coming back!“

“The salad is good but the price makes it hard to come here often. It’s a simple balance of buying the $3 mix at shop rite or the $13 salad here. Again, it is economics driving the four stars. I still go here for salad if I want one for lunch and not a homemade one.“

“My husband and I came across this place when we drove past it last week after running errands. I said to him that we need to try this. We decided to come tonight and I have to say. We had the best experience! When we walked in my first thought was this place is so clean and the environment was so amazing. We each created our own Poke Bowl and had the brown sugar milk tea. The people behind the counter were very nice. The woman who made the bowls was very sweet. She explained how the bowls were made and answered our questions. The Poke Bowls were absolutely delicious! Everything was very fresh and you got alot for the price. The tea was not sweet like the woman stated. And it was very good to drink with the bubbles. This place was so amazing that we decided we are not only going to keep coming back. We decided to change our original plans for Valentines Day and we will be coming here instead! Sara behind the counter has gotten to know me and ALWAYS remembers my order. “My husband and I dined here for a day-after Valentine's celebration. Our 7:00 reservation allowed us to be seated right away. The playlist was stellar. It was all the music I grew up listening to as a kid, and it made me feel at home. McKenzie was our server and she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. “We have ordered from Frank's numerous times with no issues. Tonight, driver arrived with 2 items missing and instead of leaving the items he had, took them with him....cold when he returned. Must have thought he was an Indy car driver on the way back because all the sauce for the mussels was gone, box was saturated. When questioned, he checked and said Ooops, sorry, and left. Called and spoke with the Manager who seemed less than Customer Service concerned although did offer another order of mussels. Unfortunately, with the fear of sabotage on the replacement due to complaining, we declined. Should have offered some kind of refund. As a Client Svc Mgr this is an unacceptable response to a dissatisfied client. We will not be ordering from Frank's again. I guess they have enough clients to not care about EVERY client. Shame!“

“We enjoyed a gorgeous dinner at La Rocca Osteria, on the corner of Midland Avenue and Portland Place (a block south-east of Valley Road and a block north-east of Bloomfield Avenue), this week. The food was brilliant - fresh, flavorful and great portion sizes. I was thrilled with my choices of the buratta salad, crabmeat-stuffed lobster tail with mashed potatoes and a chocolate mousse cake. My fella demolished the mussels and clams in a white wine and garlic sauce, lasagne (he thought it was so delicious that he even bought a second portion to give to his dad) and cheesecake. I almost wish I’d taken photographs, but I was more interested in the experience than documenting it. The service was fantastic as well - friendly, calm, organized and reliable. Parking nearby wasn’t difficult either. It’s the second time we’ve eaten there; the first was on our first date. It was just as lovely then too.“

“We have been to Made in Italy many times during all of the ownership changes. We have been for dinner, had graduation parties and gone for dessert only. We were so happy to hear that it was open at night again. My husband recently had knee replacement and was itching to get out. We decided to go for coffee/dessert at Made in Italy. He struggled to get in the car and out when we arrived. It was 8:30 Saturday night when they close at 10. There were over 15 tables open - we asked to be seated for coffee and dessert only to be told they don’t do that. They wouldn’t seat us - they gave us their card and told us to check the menu when we got home- which we did. The second paragraph of the website says - stop by just to have a cup of our gourmet coffee. They had many tables open and preferred to turn us away. Needless to say - we will not be going back.“
