The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was spotless, and you can really tell they take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Service was fast and efficient without ever feeling rushed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. And the prices were very reasonable for the quality you receive—great value all around. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!“

“Close to where I was. I liked the menu posted on line, so I decided to try them. Not disappointed at all. Clean place with several tables in use by customers including outside. There were about 10 people working. The stream of customers coming in for orders and making orders was constant. That told me something about their food as I waited for my lamb gyro. All employees who took orders were professional and neither friendly or unfriendly; business like. That's okay, since they were all busy. The menu doesn't mention the croissants, and scones along with other things they offer so a trip here is worth the drive if you're nearby. My freshly made gyro was nice and warm and placed in a compostable container. There was plenty of lamb along with everything else. It was a very nicely flavored. The meat was tender and the pita was soft. Although I've had better, this was still good and the price was fair. I would purchase from Jackie's grill again, and recommend this place.“

“First time there for myself. My wife had been there recently for lunch. OMG, amazing. We started with their homemade, warm Pita with Babaganush (sp?). Awesome. I had their Arugala salad, which I like wherever I go. This was amazing as well. Then we had our entrees. None of us could finish our meals, they were so plentiful and delicious. We each took home doggy bags. We told them we couldn’t possibly eat desserts so we ordered some to go. They then brought out hot Turkish teas for us AND a plate of a custard for us to share. Delicious!!! WOW! This place jumped right up near the top of our list for favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back.“

“Had dinner here on a Friday well before closing. Upon arrival we noticed the restaurant was not terribly busy which was a plus figuring service would be faster boy were we wrong.

The server took our order and did not return once, a different server brought out our food. We have to flag a person down to get the check and observed our served just sitting at the bar or smoking, we waited for about half an hour. It really felt like we were bothering our server.

The food was wonderful though. I would give it one more chance.“

Flavor was very authentic Middle Eastern in both the shawarma and pickles. I also had their fattoush which was very good. 2 people can easily be served from both the shawarma and fattoush! “We saw this stall on Pershing square and library way. Great food! Friendly gentleman working his magic on the blacktop. We got a chicken gyro and a combo gyro. Really good portions and the sauces were not overpowering, the red sauce is about half the heat of halal guys. Made to order. And there were benches to sit on a few yards away.“

“Place was not the cleanest I must say, the tables were sticky icky lol My cousin had to go to her car for wipes to clean it. But the food was delicious and affordable in my opinion. The service was alright but I only interacted with one employee who after I told her my name still chose to say it wrong to be funny. “I cannot recommend this venue enough! The room was absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to help bring my vision to life, including customizing the napkin colors to match my baby shower theme, adjusting the icing color for my cake, and arranging the room exactly how I wanted it.

They were also very flexible with both setup and cleanup times, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. The service throughout the event was exceptional—every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. There was plenty of space to have tables for gifts, desserts, favors, raffle/games, and food.

The food was outstanding and one of the highlights of the day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was, and it was such a thoughtful touch that they allowed guests to take leftovers home.
