I paid $27 literally for some chicken, rice, and cabbage. Call it a portion and a half but I did eat the entire thing. Really though, I can go almost anywhere in this city and get the same, if not better, for $12-15. I’ll be honest, I am not even sure how they remain in business charging those prices to people. “I ordered catering for a birthday party for the first time from Jersey Joe’s, based on a recommendation of a friend of my sons who had food from them for a graduation party The food, the service and answering questions quickly made my party a success. The food was great, several of my guests asked where did I get the food from and wrote down their website. The Brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese were big hits!! And the ribs were spectacular.
I will definitely use their catering again for another party. Don’t doubt using them as their food was excellent and the delivery service was excellent as well. Thank you to Cindy for handling my catering order and answering my questions.

A great option for family meals, when unable or unwilling to cook at home. 😁 Good sized portions. I had the Chicken in Garlic Sauce with rice and beans. My friend has the BBQ Ribs and Chicken with Rice, Cabbage and Boiled Potatoes. This spot has been added to my weekly meal rotation.“

“We were visiting from out of state, came for dinner a few nights ago and my husband says it's on of the best meals he's ever had. Henry was our server, and he worked fast and gave great suggestions as it was our first time here. Bobby came to check on us which was really kind.

We came back again for lunch because we loved it so much and had another great experience!

Zulma was our server this time and she was attentitive, fast and kind! We also saw Bobby again and she was just as sweet as ever.

“We ordered a family BBQ platter with Biryani Rice. This is our first BBQ platter order from this restaurant and in this trip. Later we dined BBQ platters from two other places and compared this one with other.

In terms of food quantity and quality both, it was really good. BBQ was served in a large tray on top of Biryani Rice. Salad and yogurt sauce (raita) were served separately in big servings.

We were the last customers to enter the place very close to the last hour. They were gracious enough to accept our order.“

“I have been wanting some great Jamaican food since I moved from NY in 2021. Thankfully I found this spot. I ordered the jerk pork, rice and peas, cabbage/carrot dinner, along with a large goat soup, festival and a Soursop drink. The pork is divine, well seasoned, juicy, tender and succulent, the rice and peas were flavorful and moist, the cabbage/carrots were very tasty too. The “goat” soup had 1 piece of goat inside but that not withstanding it was seasoned well. The Soursop drink was delicious a bit sweet but still very good. The festival was really good and a great match for soup. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and be coming back soon! Visit them today and don’t delay. There’s plenty parking“

Today I had work in Union again, remembered Burnet BBQ, but it turns out that store II was closer to my location. Turns out that the food is as great as the original, and lots of take out orders and constant rotation of customers showed lots of people agreed. Got the 1/2 ribs, which would fill up a truck driver, and the counter staff were very nice. Go there when you re really hungry, and see if you can finish all that food. Recommended“
