“I never been here before neither am I a real fan of gelato expect for yesterday escape, to a valley of fruity meet citrus meet passion for passion fruit and mango, with a zest of lemon lingering to cleanse a prior dinner palette ! Oh weee… I think of this one scoop finished with a perfect chocolate star ⭐️ on top of this mountain of zesty joy! Whatever magic flavors you swirled please don’t ever discontinue it ! This bought memories with each scoop! Forever a fan of the passion fruit mango!! Bellissimo! “Ice cream is so good. Smooth and sweet. The Falcons are super fresh and not artifical at all.mango is so accurate and the Ube is sweet but not too sweet with an aftertaste that is really similar to the real thing. Store is clean and cool. Staff is really nice. The yogurt is pretty basic but it isnt bad.I think the focal point is the ice cream.“

“The first time I tried them was at the Rockefeller center which I saw it on TikTok and wanted to see if it was worth the hype. I got the s’mores hot chocolate back in December 2024 and omg the best hot chocolate ever don’t go to any of the hot chocolate spots except this one because this was truly worth the hype. Now I went to go to their actual store (Sep 2025) they had a S’mores frozen hot chocolate which I got that, the customer service was amazing! The guy & girl were really nice. Now on to my drink which was the first time I had frozen hot chocolate and it was amazing!! I had an overall great experience and definitely will be coming back again. 🤎☕️ (I’m also picky when it comes to food & drinks so when I tell you it’s worth it! It’s definitely worth it!)“

It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. “My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“If I could give 10 stars I would. Everything we have had has been an A+ The UBE ice cream is my family’s favorite. My 4 year old has been obsessed with it since she was 2. It’s a great family experience and the owner Chona couldn’t be a nicer person. She goes above and beyond for me every time I go in there. I wish every owner had the same energy, respect, and friendliness that Chona has. All the workers are extremely helpful and friendly as well. I strongly suggest to give Kubo a try you won’t be sorry.“

The staff is nice, polite and very skilled. Food and drinks are top quality with modest price. However, we want to tell you more; favourite food, among the others, are croissants, tart and all the deliciuos small cakes. Not to mention the excellent homemade ice creams. Nothing is left to chance, also our pet friends were super happy to taste the eccellent cookies. Special mention to Enzo who makes the best omelette in town. Last but not least, the owner Cristiano: polite, kind, nice, professional and very generous. Highly reccomended place, not to be missed, we are looking forward to go back again…wait for us!“

This location is normally not very busy so if you're a fan of Van Leeuwen, I would highly recommend stopping by this location.“
