“After having Anita Gelato, I had to try this place.I waited in a line not nearly as long as AG, and got a large with Tiramisu, Green Pistachio From Bronte, and Caramel Pannacotta.I did take note of their cups and cones encrusted with chocolate and nuts, but did not give that a try.I thought the Tiramisu was probably the best flavor of the three, but I think I chose well. I wish they had seating like AG has, rather than just a giant sales floor. As I'm sure most would be wanting to know how it stands up to AG, I do think I prefer the more imaginative and varied flavors from AG than Venchi, but this is a solid spot for Gelato if you don't want to wait in the kind of line that AG brings.I'll have to discover how well they do Chocolate another time.“

“This is a family owned restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen that takes that to heart. The food is fantastic and service is fast. It just has that bit of personality that makes it feel like a place out of a small town instead of the middle of Manhattan—and that’s a really good thing. My one suggestion would be to maybe add an impossible burger, turkey burger, or a chicken dish to the menu. If you don’t eat beef, there’s not a lot of protein options…but it’s also a burger place so what does one expect.Definitely check this place out :)Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese, veggie burger“

“Excellent service and experience! The gelato was so tasty but honestly the best part was the store atmosphere and the superb service we were treated to. Store was super clean, bright, and welcoming. Employee greeted us kindly and explained the different cup options. He wiped our cups clean so our hands didn’t get sticky. Would definitely return!“

“Ordered takeout:- Chocolate covered Strawberries (5/5)A) These travel beautifully well; B) The juicy, large strawberries enclosed in quality chocolate and a drizzle of white chocolate is the perfect way to end a meal. I would order these again in a heartbeat- Pistachio Waffle Stick (4/5)The pistachio topping, pistachio butter, and white chocolate drizzle made for a highly memorable combination of toppings. I would like to bottle up the pistachio butter they use. For takeout, the waffle did get soggy - somewhat like the bottom of an ice cream cone, and somewhat like choux pastry that's been sotting around. I prefer a fresh, crispy waffle component but this is the price you pay for takeout vs dining in store and having it fresh. Besides the waffle itself. This was a 5/5.“

“My family and I love love love Kubo. Since they opened, we def try to come here any time were in the area. My fave fave fave is the Ube Soft Serve with Taiyaki and boba. Their soft serve is just so creamy and flavorful. I haven't tried everything on their menu yet, but I def plan to. Posting a pic from our most recent visit last week. They have a small seating area, but in the warmer seasons they add some extra outside seating which is nice. Its always a great place for some pics, too.10/10 Highly recommend!“

“Highly recommend visiting this ice cream shop! So many unique flavors including many Filipino flavors to try and they have one that will likely please everyone. My sister adores this spot and I can see why with the staff being attentive to everyone and the interior being well maintained and clean. My favorites would have to be anything with ube and honey in it and of course their popular gianduja crunch!“

“THE BEST! gelato. This was the best idea for Englewood! I shouldn't rave because it will only get busier, and there is often a line. The experience begins when you step into Bianco Nero. It's as if you stepped into Italy. They offer some delicious flavors , especially chocolate hazelnut. Some flavors are rotated so that there are surprises to entice you. Of course, they have sprinkles and fun cones in different sizes and cups, but the best part is the GELATO!“

“Very good option for Latinos, mainly who enjoy yogurt with yuca bread and other things. The prices are not cheap for the product and ingredients but it is not expensive either... It is managed in the middle, the service is always very friendly and the place is small but cozy. I recommend “

“Cookies looked so good we forgot to take a picture of the actual box of cookies we ordered. We got the box of four, Kitchen Sink, Stuffed Nutella, S’mores & OG Chunk. All the cookies were super fresh; hard but soft outside with a gooey warm inside..YUM! My favorite was the OG Chunk (had some sea salt on top) and the stuffed nutella. The kitchen sink was also very good especially with the potato chips but I just wish it didn’t have caramel drizzle on top. Definitely want to come again to try other flavors, but one thing I did have a problem with is the political views on the outside of the door. I do wish I noticed before walking in but I think political views on the outside of a cookie store is not necessary. Other than that, great cookies!“

“This is the top of the ice cream world in Hamilton Heights! Slow churned treats include several dairy and non dairy flavors (on a rotating basis), with just enough flavors to keep your taste buds wanting more. Never have we been disappointed. If you have a big appetite (or a hungry partner), the cookie sandwich with freshly baked cookies and a massive helping of ice cream, is a favored order.“

“This place is an experience! We've been coming here as a family since the 1960s and now it's just tradition. Long before the Sopranos filmed here we were enjoying homemade ice cream, burgers, grilled cheeses, and turkey sandwiches. This is old-school, old vibes, but good food. The service has never been stellar but they do try. If you're in the neighborhood I highly recommend coming. Parking is on the street.“

“Always such a delight to eat at Friendly’s considering how many they closed up. Never go wrong with a Patty Melt( it was taken off the menu for a while but happy to see it back) , a fishamajig melt, or a BBQ tenders melt. Then to finish off with a sundae with the best peanut butter sauce . Our server Harvey is always the greatest . We only visit a few times a year but always remembers us and greets us with such enthusiasm. Highly recommended !“

“A wonderful indulgence on a balmy day or post Lincoln-Center show. They're cool about samples--which is good because all the flavors look and sound delicious and you'll be hard-pressed to land on just one. Convenient ordering pads greet you immediately upon the double-door entry. Seating is limited to five bar stools and a three-seat cafe table inside, so take your treat to one of the five outdoor tables. Or better yet, the steps or fountain at Lincoln Center, or Central Park 1.5 blocks away. The Alphonse mango was transcendent and my toddler loved the blood orange. The lime basil was a touch too tart for my liking, but sour fans might fall in love.“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“This vegan ice cream was the best I’ve tried so far, hands down. We were on our way to another location and accidentally I noticed an ice cream shop with vegan options ?. To my delight, they were not sorbet as most of the places offer. They have great texture, not to mention very creamy and flavorful. If you are a PB lover like I am, come and try for yourself. The small cone is also vegan. Just amazing!Vegetarian options: Keep in mind, if your goal is a healthy option, this is not the place. However, if you want a delicious treat and indulge yourself, just enjoy. You will not regret!“

“It's a great spot with kind staff and a good selection of treats, right next to the park. “Glace by Noglu is the internet viral hot chocolate in NY. My friend had tagged me in one of their posts shortly before my trip, so I made a point to visit when I was in NY a couple of months ago. They open at 11am, and my cousin and I were there right when they opened, and there was already a long line. We waited about 20 minutes to get through the doors. The hot chocolate is upwards of $10 each. I got the peppermint hot chocolate $12.50 and it was good, it tastes like a regular peppermint hot cocoa to me. I guess what sets it apart from other places is the torched marshmallow fluff. Cute place to grab hot chocolate!“

“Ice cream, milkshakes and gelato were delicious + great selection of flavors. My only gripe is that they have a mini cup option (smaller at $3.95) for ice cream, but not for gelato (larger option and $6.95).I hate throwing out food so she said she could give me a mini cup but for the larger price of $6.95 - which genuinely makes no sense. Why not offer the same mini size for gelato at the same price as the ice cream option??I had to throw out some gelato because I couldn’t finish it and it would’ve melted by the time we got home.“

“came for a quick scoop, and thank god I had cash. they don't accept card for anything under $10! they apparently have a lot of flavors in the back, but I quickly chose the coffee oreo on display, which felt more like coffee chocolate chip than anything. a kids scoop with a sugar cone was $5 flat, which is a pretty decent price for the area and the size of the scoop wasn't bad. would come back to try the other flavors as long as I have cash. they're also nice abt samples!“

“I selfishly want to keep this place a little secret, but I know it's not right to do and so I must share my thoughts and quick review so that you may enjoy it too. My go-to coffee is usually black and nothing else. Instead I opted to try their "Hot Chai latte"and a choice of oat milk, half/half and milk and other options. I went with the half/half and It was absolutely delicious. Groundwork's Cafe is just the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself with their many food and drink options. The energy and vibe is exactly what I like to surround myself in. The cafe is extremely clean all around!!!! The staff members are beyond friendly and welcoming. “Great gelato flavors, great ice-cream and Italian ice. Classic flavors. However; I’m specifically here to rave about the cream puffs. They make the best cream puffs I have ever tasted. I constantly crave these cream puffs, I go out of my way to get them, and send other people to get them for me. Great service as well, always very welcoming.“
“Such a cute Colombian bakery, everything is fresh and made daily, though I am a bit biased as I am Colombian that also makes me a tough critic. “Cute chocolate shop. Been around since the 1920's. They had a ton of Easter chocolates and candies to choose from. Expensive, but I heard the chocolate is delicious- bought things as gifts so I'm sure the recipients will enjoy! The place is narrow and being that it was the Friday before a holiday, it was crowded- I could have spent over an hour just looking around, but didn't have the time. “We found this hidden gem ice cream shop at the time we visited nearby seafood restaurant nearby. We saw there was a long line standing in front of its window. My friends mentioned it's one of the best ice creams in local. Therefore we had to taste it. I ordered one scoop of mint flavor and one scoop of blackberry flavor. It tasted so creamy and I could feel the freshness blowing on my face. Because we just came back from our European trip, the ice cream from this shop reminded me of the ice creams we ate in Europe.“
