“Had a late night craving for ice cream, and espresso. At Midnight the selections are limited. Thankfully Dunkin Doughnuts in Lodi is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Service at this location with Mohammad was excellent. I love the way he take pride in getting customers order right. I ordered mint chocolate chip ice cream with marshmallow fluff, and sprinkles of Oreo cookies. Mohammad made sure everything was perfect. I loved the everything about my ice cream. This type of perfection is rare. As for my decaf espresso, absolutely perfect. The store had plenty of coffee condiments. It's not a glamorous, coffee shop. If you want really amazing service, with a friendly smile than this location is it. I will be a late night regular at this place, especially with great service like I experienced.“

“After having Anita Gelato, I had to try this place.I waited in a line not nearly as long as AG, and got a large with Tiramisu, Green Pistachio From Bronte, and Caramel Pannacotta.I did take note of their cups and cones encrusted with chocolate and nuts, but did not give that a try.I thought the Tiramisu was probably the best flavor of the three, but I think I chose well. I wish they had seating like AG has, rather than just a giant sales floor.As I'm sure most would be wanting to know how it stands up to AG, I do think I prefer the more imaginative and varied flavors from AG than Venchi, but this is a solid spot for Gelato if you don't want to wait in the kind of line that AG brings.I'll have to discover how well they do Chocolate another time.“

“OMG on what a #delightfulanddelicious experience Sundae’s Best provides! My first visit was May 2023 and absolutely purely a scrumptious surprise found during my walk through Korea town. Having just recently opened they were on top of their game in terms of having unique gelato flavors based out of Korean cuisine and culture. They were super friendly, generously allowing me to sample until I settled on two that kept me smiling all the way home. Imagine makgeoli and potato chip Gelato! The gelato was creamy and dense with flavor. That 4 day trip I returned two more times as I did in my November trip to NYC bringing friends in tow. All enjoyed thoroughly. I’m glad I don’t live in NY because I would be there weekly if not more often!“

“Gelato was very good and creamy. The dark chocolate disc on top was too bitter for my liking, would do milk chocolate next time. The chocolate and nuts on inside of bowl/cone is optional, just ask them to not do it and it save calories and money. I enjoyed the strawberry more than the hazelnut flavor. Service was average, kinda like a cattle line without personality. The were offering free chocolate samples but none to us since we had already ordered. Seemed strange to not offer everyone. We did buy a few chocolates and the one we have eaten was wonderful. Store is a bit crowded/tight but no step to enter so would be wheelchair accessible. I did not see anything marked as gluten free but assume most flavors are.“

“My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. We got strawberry sorbet, Greek yogurt, Belgium chocolate, chocolate hazelnut Oreo-one was made into a sandwich nothing but deliciousness!“

“I went here with my friends on a Friday night around 10, and there was no line, so ordering was very quick, and the worker had prepped most items, so you received your order immediately, and she was very nice. I had the Tequila Sunrise. It was $18 and was very good as far as sorbet goes. There wasn't much liquor to it. You could taste the white wine in the strawberry sorbet a bit, but the mango just tasted like standard mango sorbet. My friends had a scoop of the hazlenut coffee flavor, and it was very good, but not much liquor flavor either. If you're a big liquor person, you might be a bit underwhelmed. Nonetheless, for the amount of sorbet/ice cream you get in the cup, along with the toppings it comes with and the glass, the $18 is fair, in my opinion and I would go back to try other flavors/creations.“

“THE BEST! gelato. This was the best idea for Englewood! I shouldn't rave because it will only get busier, and there is often a line. The experience begins when you step into Bianco Nero. It's as if you stepped into Italy. They offer some delicious flavors , especially chocolate hazelnut. Some flavors are rotated so that there are surprises to entice you. Of course, they have sprinkles and fun cones in different sizes and cups, but the best part is the GELATO!“

“Cookies looked so good we forgot to take a picture of the actual box of cookies we ordered. We got the box of four, Kitchen Sink, Stuffed Nutella, S’mores & OG Chunk. All the cookies were super fresh; hard but soft outside with a gooey warm inside..YUM! My favorite was the OG Chunk (had some sea salt on top) and the stuffed nutella. The kitchen sink was also very good especially with the potato chips but I just wish it didn’t have caramel drizzle on top. Definitely want to come again to try other flavors, but one thing I did have a problem with is the political views on the outside of the door. I do wish I noticed before walking in but I think political views on the outside of a cookie store is not necessary. Other than that, great cookies!“

The employee that helped us was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered samples and suggestions. Our customer experience alone was worth the trip. The Thai milk tea was the best I have ever had. I was offered a sample of the taro ice cream (not something I would have ordered on my own) and WOW. It might have been the best ice cream I have had. I’m still thinking of the butter pecan gelato which is made by the owner’s son. The owner herself is so welcoming and effervescent. The wait staff were bright, cheery, helpful and attentive. “My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“I came here Thursday morning and the young lady working there Juliana greeted my family and I with a nice welcome smiled. She helped each and one of us and took her time. The customer service was amazing as well with the gelatos. Definitely recommend coming here on Thursday mornings where there is no lines.
