“I went yesterday with my son and got a gelati and a couple of ices. The gelati was cotton candy with vanilla. I didn't know you can mix ice and ice cream together and it was made perfectly. Our server Serge was so kind and took the time to ask my son how he liked it. And you can't go wrong w a few cherry ices. It took me back to the old school Ginos ices we would get in the paper cup.“

“Finally trying their hot chocolate. It’s amazing if you like straight up melted chocolate in a cup. It’s bittersweet and warm. If you have strawberries, you can dip them in and have DIY chocolate dipped strawberries with great quality chocolate. Grab a cup to-go and don’t waste the beautiful views of Central Park just ahead of it.“

“I don't usually write long Google reviews, but after attending a buddy’s wedding in North Jersey recently, I had to drop one for this place.
Honestly, I’m not even a big cake guy, but the dessert setup at the reception caught my attention right away. They had this huge, multi-tiered custom wedding cake that looked awesome really clean work, not over the top, just super high quality. My wife and I were actually talking about how great it looked before they even cut into it.
When we finally got our slices, I expected the usual wedding cake thing: looks great, tastes like dry cardboard or straight sugar. But man, this thing was actually insane. Super moist, fresh, and tasted legit. I finished mine in about two minutes and ended up grabbing half of my wife’s slice too. It was so good I walked over to the groom during the party just to ask where they got it. He told me they had it custom designed at D’era House.
Finding a cake designer around North Jersey that makes something that actually tastes as good as it looks is pretty rare. I saved their info on my phone right then and there for our next family event.
If you’re looking for a solid wedding cake designer, custom made tiered cakes, or custom event cakes in Clifton or anywhere in the area, D’era House is 100% the real deal. Props to the baker! 💍🍰💪“

“Stayed in NYC Hell’s Kitchen for 6 months for work and tried many different burger joint and this is by far the best i have had during my stay. The juiciest tastiest smash patties, best buns, incredible sauce. Friendly staff and atmosphere! Thank you Cubby’s!“

“I’m honestly obsessed with these cookies. They are incredibly delicious and so appetizing. What I love the most is that I’m usually not into sweets at all, but these are just perfect.

They’re not overly sweet — just the right balance. The almond flavor is so rich and comforting, and the cherry adds this slight sour touch that makes everything come together beautifully. It’s such an amazing combination.

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

Love this spot. The gelato is delicious — creamy, not over-frozen, just how it should be. Lots of flavors too, both traditional and more original ones, served in those generous mountain-style scoops.

Only note: it’s on the pricier side, around $10 for the smallest option. But for the quality, worth it. Definitely recommend trying it at least once!“

It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. “We went here on a Sunday around noon and didn’t have to wait very long. You can see the menu very clearly when inside the store waiting. You can sample a flavor before ordering. The staff are fairly efficient. While there isn’t seating here, you can walk inland for benches, farmers market, etc. There are unique flavors and good classic flavors. I like that many flavors have inclusions and variegate.“

“Most non-vegan ice cream shops offer basic flavors like vanilla, chocolate, or fruit sorbet—not Van Leeuwen. Although they did have two sorbet flavors (mango and strawberry), their ice cream flavors were Cookies and Cream, Strawberry Matcha Latte, and Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
