Ice Cream Shops near Bergenfield

“Best ice cream in New Jersey highly recommended .. try the Dubai chocolate its addicting 🥰“

“The new Mangonada that has Tajin in it is a MUST HAVE! It may not be for everyone's taste, but if a little bit of spice, tartness, a bit of salt, and the cold sweet mango flavored coolada ? The service here is also quick, efficient and very polite. Highly recommend!, plus it has a Baskin Robin's inside so who can hate.~“

“We happened by last Friday and I asked for a recommendation. I tried the cookies and caramel and it was the best ice cream I've had in a long time! I have thought about it multiple times since returning home from our trip! It's so good!☺️👏“

“The gelato was absolutely delicious, but what really made our visit special was the amazing service! The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They were so patient and helpful, and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🍨
Thank you, Andrea!💕“

“Best frozen yogurt, smoothies, etc you will find anywhere.“

“Such a fun spot !!! Highly recommend“

“I don't usually write long Google reviews, but after attending a buddy’s wedding in North Jersey recently, I had to drop one for this place.
Honestly, I’m not even a big cake guy, but the dessert setup at the reception caught my attention right away. They had this huge, multi-tiered custom wedding cake that looked awesome really clean work, not over the top, just super high quality. My wife and I were actually talking about how great it looked before they even cut into it.
When we finally got our slices, I expected the usual wedding cake thing: looks great, tastes like dry cardboard or straight sugar. But man, this thing was actually insane. Super moist, fresh, and tasted legit. I finished mine in about two minutes and ended up grabbing half of my wife’s slice too. It was so good I walked over to the groom during the party just to ask where they got it. He told me they had it custom designed at D’era House.
Finding a cake designer around North Jersey that makes something that actually tastes as good as it looks is pretty rare. I saved their info on my phone right then and there for our next family event.
If you’re looking for a solid wedding cake designer, custom made tiered cakes, or custom event cakes in Clifton or anywhere in the area, D’era House is 100% the real deal. Props to the baker! 💍🍰💪“

“I’m honestly obsessed with these cookies. They are incredibly delicious and so appetizing. What I love the most is that I’m usually not into sweets at all, but these are just perfect.

They’re not overly sweet — just the right balance. The almond flavor is so rich and comforting, and the cherry adds this slight sour touch that makes everything come together beautifully. It’s such an amazing combination.

I genuinely fell in love with these cookies from the first bite. Absolutely incredible. Thank you for creating something this good — truly impressive!“

“Such a cute ice cream spot in Dumont! 🍦 We had such a great experience. The ice cream was delicious, the portions were generous, and there were so many great flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Family friendly and they have outside seating. Definitely a perfect spot to grab a sweet treat with the family. We’ll absolutely be back!“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“Lucciano’s Gelato never disappoints! Every time I visit the American Dream, I absolutely have to stop for gelato before I leave. It’s become a tradition for me!

This visit was amazing thanks to Kimberly, Samprit, Rafael, and the Master Gelataio, who were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their outstanding customer service makes the experience even sweeter.

I ordered the Peanut Caramel and Lemon Pie gelato, and both flavors were absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The quality is consistently excellent, which is why I keep coming back time and time again.

If you’re at American Dream and love authentic gelato, Lucciano’s is a must-visit. Highly recommend! 🍨✨“

“Thanks for the yelp elite invite. In little part of town is a hidden gem. Must have past it numerous times. What a great experience! It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile. She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. Was able to snap a photo with Pete as well… “”OFF THE RECORD… he made another waffle no charge. for me before I left… let’s say didn’t make it home. :) oh almost forgot they have amazing fresh cut fruit açaí bowls… sorry pete… the waffles got to me….“

“me and my wife have been to lost borough a handful of times now and we have relatively the same order everytime that we just can’t really go wrong with. i love how the dominican vanilla taste like actual vanilla extract it gives it that homemade vibe, the bustello coffee taste exactly like coffee for my coffee lovers out their, and they even have a tres leches henesy flavor and a coquito flavor for those who wanna sweat rummy twist & my wife loves to get their cookies EVERYTIMES“

“They will be closing Thanksgiving weekend“

“Crepe House is truly a sweet tooth heaven! Everything I tried was delicious, especially the S’mores crepe, banana milkshake, and tres leches cake topped with Oreo, biscotti, and Dubai pistachio. So many options, great portions, and affordable prices. Definitely recommend checking them out!“

“Excellent shave ice and ramen!“

“Great homemade ice cream.Great assorted flavors. You won't be disappointed.“

“Best Grapefruit ice cream ♥️“

“We happened by last Friday and I asked for a recommendation. I tried the cookies and caramel and it was the best ice cream I've had in a long time! I have thought about it multiple times since returning home from our trip! It's so good!☺️👏“

“Most non-vegan ice cream shops offer basic flavors like vanilla, chocolate, or fruit sorbet—not Van Leeuwen. Although they did have two sorbet flavors (mango and strawberry), their ice cream flavors were Cookies and Cream, Strawberry Matcha Latte, and Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie. I had the latter as a milkshake—creamy, chocolatey, and full of little brownie bits that clogged up the straw in the best way possible. Updated from previous review on 2026-08-19“

“We ordered and paid at the self-service screen, but due to a system issue, our order didn’t show up for the staff. The initial interaction was a bit frustrating, but the manager stepped in, confirmed our order, and resolved everything.

In the end, the gelato was delicious and beautifully presented. Despite the issue, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!“

“The froyo here is so distinct. It legit taste like frozen yogurt. This isn't like your typical froyo location that's high in sugar and filled with fillers. Something about this is oddly refreshing and invigorating. You definitely get the feeling of consuming yogurt here. Also, all froyo is made fresh to order by machines in the front. They have plenty of options for topping and the staff are friendly. They gave me plenty of toppings for my dollar. Money well spent, highly recommend.“

“I'm very impressed. I believe this is the best burger chain in the area. The burger concepts are tasty, and they don't go cheap on the meat. You can really taste the quality. Also, I enjoyed the friendly attitude of the father and son (presumably) who operate the place. A friendly attitude and good service is a great compliment to great food. For this reason, I am leaving a 5 star review. If you're looking for a good burger, I would come here.“

“ loved it so did my kids great experience and fun .“

“We happened by last Friday and I asked for a recommendation. I tried the cookies and caramel and it was the best ice cream I've had in a long time! I have thought about it multiple times since returning home from our trip! It's so good!☺️👏“

“I was Happy to try the Flamethrower Burger w/Fries,along with a Medium drink/Flurry(Awesome service worthy of 10,000/10,000 of awesomeness)“

“Noi Due Gelato is hands down the best kosher gelato! I’ve been coming here since they opened, and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they have so many amazing flavors to choose from.

My personal favorites are the Belgian Chocolate and Strawberry White Chocolate — both are incredible! Definitely worth the trip from anywhere.“

“Got the lemon pepper wings and fries and it did not disappoint! Wings were crispy juicy and the lemon pepper was a rub, not a sauce. It was seasoned just right, not too much, not too little. Fries were golden and hit the spot too. The service was quick, everything hot and fresh. Definitely coming back!“

“Try their Milk Teas served hot! They also have alternative milk options, oat/almond, etc so be sure to ask for your dietary needs. The red velvet cookie was amazing, their was an Oreo baked inside?!

I had Thai Pink Milk tea served Hot! Definitely coming back when I'm in the area, eager to try Rolled Ice cream & their basil chicken. Lunch Specials available 11:30AM-3:30PM, only $12“

“The owners and the staff at this little joint are truly a delight to be around and their creative (and affordable) menu really worth trying. A truly welcoming place!“

“The best ice-cream I ever had. Once you taste their homemade ice-cream the stuff you get from the supermarket will never be the same. I rather get a cup or cone from here then get ice-cream from the supermarket or the ice-cream truck. They make their ice-cream fresh everyday and it's delicious and they have a nice variety. My favorites so far are their toasted coconut ice-cream, pistachio ice-cream, banana pudding ice-cream, and their guava sherbet 😋 They have many more flavors to choose from.“

“Thank you for your support of Eastbrook’s class of 2021!“

“Gelato Rice balls calzoni“

“I’ve been to this franchise only twice and love everything from the flavors to the toppings! Just so yummy, highly recommend“

“They have the best lemon ice cream 🍦🍦“

“The cookie butter bomb is so good! I enjoyed it so much I’d definitely recommend this ice cream place! Very tasty!“

“Excellent gelato! Very nice staff! Lovely outdoor patio.“

“delicioso 🤤 buena atencion 🎉“

“Really good, quality desserts. We got the creme brulee and citron tarte. The creme brulee tasted like creamy marshmallow. The tarte had a creamy, fresh taste. However, I wasn't a fan of the crust. Everything tasted very fresh. The staff was patient and helpful.“

“Love this place excellent ice cream and macaroons“

“This is a great neighborhood spot. The flavora are creative. The ice cream is delicious and not too sweet and they also have vegan options. There are little touches that make this ice cream shop extra fun. Their spoons change colors when you eat the ice cream , they always have music playing, and if you order sprinkles in a cup, they put sprinkles in the bottom of the cup before they put the ice cream in and then top it with sprinkles so that you get a sprinkle surprise when you get to the end of your ice cream. This place is a Riverdale gem. For mobility concerns: the entrance is ADA accessible!!!“

“what do I recommend? The ice cream....“

“The new ressee ice cream thing (forgot the name) it’s like a sundae/blizzard combo sorta, you eat with spoon… it’s shown as brown ice cream (not vanilla) which it is, just vanilla soft serve with peanut butter syrup.. I thought that it was peanut butter ice cream (which would have been better) it was still pretty good though but pretty expensive for a small cup of averaged ice cream.. $8 an some change ?‍♀️?‍♀️“

“Deliciosos la variedad de tacos que tienes... !!! me encantaron!!!“

“Malibu with cherry Italian Ice. May I saw the service is above & Beyond. Fast and very respected. Makes the customer feel good and its a guarantee of coming back with the entire family and share with others. Lots of different choices and there are little tables to eat outside the ice cream shop. I will say a family in front of me: the mama dropped her ice cream by mistake while carrying the others for her children and they literally gave her a brand new one with no charge! Other places they will charge 😆 but not Ralph's so go check them out this summer you wont regret it. 😉“

“The most amazing experience ever. Can’t say enough. Both Mary and Philip are the sweetest and were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries. They didn’t charge me a single cent. I got the same order for the following week and they did an absolutely amazing job. The BEST CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES EVER!!!! I highly recommend them and they have loyal customer for life ❤️❤️“

“The ice-creams are delicious. They have many egg-free/vegan options as well. And the staff members are very friendly. My son dropped his ice-cream on the floor, but they refused to charge us even after us insisting.“

“desayunos deliciosos los batidos son frescos“

“Amazing tasting ice cream at great prices accompanied by great service“
