“A few years ago, I was hired to write a series of articles about regional Italian cuisine. Since then, I have been looking for traditional Italian gelato. Until yesterday, I have been consistently disappointed. But this? It was absolutely EVERYTHING I had dreamed about. The prices weren't ridiculous, the bathroom was PRISTINE, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was incredibly, amazingly delicious. My only complaint is that I live too far away from your stores to get it very often. But about that? My hips are less upset about the distance. :) I will definitely be back, though!“

“You don’t have to travel to Italy 🇮🇹 to taste the best and authentic Italian gelato in the city. Venchi is my favorite place if I’m craving for something sweet. Great service with friendly staff. Highly recommended.“

“Before you go! Know that they ask you for your cone/cup size first before you get to pick your flavor. They have a whole sperate person that marks down the size, prints a ticket, then moves you down the line. So be prepared to answer that first before you're moved towards the employees that handle the Gelato flavors.

Overall, can't recommend this Gelato enough. I'm glad they let you try free samples because there are so many amazing flavors.“

server was friendly

mostly a takeout place with a couple of benches to sit outside“

“They have pretty unique flavors like pineapple basil. The kids scoop is a single scoop and felt like more than enough for one. The small option allows you to choose two flavors. The banana milk flavor was pretty sweet and tasty.

You can try the flavors before you decide. There’s also seating indoors and a bench outside.“

“This is the only reason I visit Chelsea Market when I am in town.“

“Really delicious- little bit of a line but worth it. Tons of different flavors - went with pistachio and chocolate babka. Flavors are hard to choose from but quality of ice cream is so good. “The service and gelato was some of the best I've had in the city. The servers were polite and knowledgeable; and made my experience worthwhile. Treated myself to their blueberry cheesecake, fior di latte, mascarpone fig, and macaroons (tiramisu, fior di latte, and raspberry). I did not know they did floral designs with their gelato, I will be back! Definitely recommend :)“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“Small ice cream shop with Latin-influenced flavors. The ice cream was just okay - not especially rich or creamy - but it's a fun stop if you want Bizcocho or Morir y Sonando flavored treats. The cookies also look very good, and they serve banana pudding and alcohol-infused ice creams, as well.“

“Such a cute ice cream spot in Dumont! 🍦 We had such a great experience. The ice cream was delicious, the portions were generous, and there were so many great flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Family friendly and they have outside seating. Definitely a perfect spot to grab a sweet treat with the family. We’ll absolutely be back!“

“Hot days and ice cream go together real bad. 🍦🍯

We stopped for a sweet treat nibble, it was my first time having Van Leeuwen. The Honeycomb flavor is sweet, creamy, and the ribbons of light crunch has me hooked.

Yum, get you some!“

“We always saw a long line at this ice cream shop, so curiosity won and we joined the crowd. I ordered a tiny scoop of Caffe Bianco Stracciatella. It was light, smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet, portioned in a perfectly European size. Completely calorie-guilt-free!!
And yes, my mood instantly improved, sponsored by ice-cream.“

“Stopped by and had a strawberry green tea. Best of luck, guys.“

“The space is really big and spacious. I came here with my toddlers and we got one waffle with cookie & cream gelato with m&m and condensed milk. Another waffle with matcha gelato. My kids loved their waffles absolutely delicious. Hoping to make another trip here with my kids. I didn’t get a photo with my matcha as my husband had already started on it.“

“Really good, quality desserts. We got the creme brulee and citron tarte. The creme brulee tasted like creamy marshmallow. The tarte had a creamy, fresh taste. However, I wasn't a fan of the crust. Everything tasted very fresh. The staff was patient and helpful.“

“It’s a must try, taste is great, different flavors of awesomeness“

“This is hands down my absolute favorite Crumbl location! They literally never disappoint. Every dessert I’ve gotten here has been absolutely perfect, fresh, delicious, and actually looks just like the photos on the app 😂. You can tell they really take their time with everything because the cookies always come out looking and tasting amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I’ll happily keep coming back! 🍪💕“
