If you have strawberries, you can dip them in and have DIY chocolate dipped strawberries with great quality chocolate. They’re not overly sweet — just the right balance. The almond flavor is so rich and comforting, and the cherry adds this slight sour touch that makes everything come together beautifully. It’s such an amazing combination.

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“I came in looking for something refreshing and the lady behind the counter was so nice! I think she said her name was Lynn or Linda. She welcomed me as soon as I walked in and when I told her I wanted something refreshing, she let me try a few different samples. The strawberry was definitely the winner for me. I honestly don't think I've ever had strawberry sorbet that tasted this good.
And to top it off she made my cone into a rose ❤ I had gotten some bad news earlier this morning, so something as simple as this really made my whole day a little better. Thank you so much for being so kind and for my beautiful rose!

“Most non-vegan ice cream shops offer basic flavors like vanilla, chocolate, or fruit sorbet—not Van Leeuwen. Although they did have two sorbet flavors (mango and strawberry), their ice cream flavors were Cookies and Cream, Strawberry Matcha Latte, and Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie. I wasn’t going to get anything, but I tried a vegan chocolate cookie flavor, and it was so good I had to get a scoop.
