We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! “From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely cared for. This was my first time visiting, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing, but what truly stood out was the level of attention and thoughtfulness we received. Being noticed and having the spelling of my name acknowledged made me feel seen and valued as a guest.

Ariana deserves special recognition—she went above and beyond by customizing both coquito lattes to accommodate my sister’s and my health issues, *without sacrificing flavor at all*. They were hands-down some of the best drinks we’ve had. Her knowledge, care, and exceptional customer service made this experience unforgettable. If anyone deserves a promotion, it’s Ariana!

“We visited the place last Saturday. The cheese bread is fresh but not really the bagels we got. We waited so long ; we found out that my daughter’s order was given to someone else but they did not care to replace it at once. When we asked about our order, that’s the time they rushed to prepare it , in less than five minutes, the sandwich was handed to us. When we were in the car since we’re already late for our next appointment, my daughter found out that the replacement was wrong. She paid for plain bagel with double eggs, bacon, and cheese but she was given with plain bagel with cheese only. They asked for our phone number but did not initiate the call. I hope they will do better in their team work.“

“The rum infused espresso is to die for… Even as a coffee enthusiast this is not something I’d seen before but it definitely made for a cool experience and made it feel like more than just your typical cafe.

Never been to a coffee shop where the staff are so friendly, genuinely left a bit shocked after having been asked to have our photo taken for the instagram!

“Directions for semi trucks Off the 95 take 495 ( towards Lincoln tunnel !!!don't go in tunnel) take last exit to Hoboken steep down hill on to s marginal hwy take a right onto jfk Blvd take that down to 19th St and make a right ( before the Exxon gas station) once you take that right take the next left at the light down Willow Ave. Take that small overpass to 15th Street and make a right . Then take 15th St to Jefferson St which is another right turn to 16th Street which is a one way you will have to go backwards towards the docks. Ppl are nice clean building professional once you back into the dock you'll have to disconnect and hand over your license and park down the street“

“Great coffee, We stopped at Roast’d coffee shop before heading to NYC, great experience; the pour over coffee was fantastic. Johan was quite friendly explaining different coffee beans as he roasted them and brews the coffee. I tried the espresso as well brewed from 3 different beans, very tasty. Now this is our favorite place to have coffee when traveling to NYC. We talked with local customers, so good vibes and recommendations. Awesome place if you love good coffee.“

“My husband and I attended the Roastery & Tasting Experience, and it was truly beyond our expectations. As devoted Starbucks customers, we had no idea these roasteries even existed, and the NYC location is absolutely magnificent—beautifully designed and filled with incredible sights, aromas, and flavors. We began with Alice, our guide, who was spectacular. She led us through the space with warmth and enthusiasm, sharing fascinating details and stories we had never heard and shepherding us seamlessly through the entire experience. She was terrific. Next, we met Mark, the roaster, who walked us through the roasting process and the origins of Starbucks beans with remarkable clarity and depth. His ability to explain complex ideas in such accessible language was impressive—and yes, he was terrific as well. We ended with a coffee tasting led by Shawn, who was funny, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to engage the group, and we found ourselves laughing while truly savoring the experience. Not only did we have a wonderful time, we learned so much and left feeling even more connected to the Starbucks brand after seeing its values in action. “I like Cafecito Social a lot, more than most of the typical coffee shops in the area. In interior is great, they have outdoor seating (though limited), and the drinks were delicious. It might be my new go to cafe in the area when I’m walking by. I’d highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t yet. They also have non caffeinated drink options if that’s your thing.“

“If i could give this place 6 stars I would. The coffee is wonderful, as are their non-coffee drinks (matcha, pandan lattes). There's wifi and clean toilets at this location.

The best part of this shop is by far the staff. They often give me free stamps on my stamp card, let me use my own takeout mug and (the rare time I've brought my dog) given treats to my dog.

I ordered a cappuccino ☕️ it is smooth and not too intense. the vibe is immaculate as I sat at a small table by the window. It wasn’t too crowded.
