As a family of native New Yorkers, we'd like to think we all know good pizza here at our house. We've been all over for good pizza, but this place has always been our at home go-to place to order from. Our grandparents ordered here for years before we moved locally and started ordering ourselves about three years ago - at least 6 or 7 years of happy customers between both families. The last 4 or 5 times we've ordered here we've been pretty disappointed - but today we received the order that officially has gotten us to the point where we will no longer be ordering or picking up food here anymore. Tonight's dinner was officially a waste of money. The peppers and onions were raw on a 1/2 sausage peppers and onions 1/2 extra cheese pie. We asked for it to be cooked well done, which we have plenty of times before, and the pizza had to be cooked in our oven so that the dough could finish cooking. The whole thing was a big, sloppy mess when we opened the cover. This place used to be great quality food - every single time. I get that times are tough and things are expensive, and things can't always be perfect. There's been a serious decline going on though, and tonight was kinda the last straw for our family.“

“Haven't been here in awhile. Decided to take my mom for birthday dinner with 6 people. Food was great, large portions. A pinch pricey. Service was good. So overall a 4 . My bill was over 400 dollars. My one complaint. A charge for refills? You make enough across the board with food and bar. Petty not to refill a soda or ice tea when it costs maybe 75cents total, syrup, co2 and water. Raise the price to 3 dollars and refill the easiest item to absorb.“

“We finally got to check this place out when in the area for a book signing. OMG... EVERYTHING was so delicious. It's all slightly under-seasoned, which is typical of restaurants to remain more neutral, but easily remedied. I was just beyond thankful for all the gluten-free options and versions of the non-gf offerings. I had the gluten-free Country Fried Chick’n, w White Gravy Bowl, Chick'n Parm Hero, and Buffalo Chik'n Mac n Cheese. All of them were SO good and well-made. The sandwich needed no seasoning, but the white gravy was lacking salt and pepper and the mac n cheese was a bit dry and needed more buffalo sauce. Thankfully, I had some extra cheese sauce and buffalo sauce at home. I may have to buy extra cheese sauce from there next time we order. All of the flavors I wanted were there, overall. My husband had the regular versions of the Sausage, Peppers & Onions Hero, Kielbasa and Sauerkraut Hero w mustard, Cheesesteak Empanadas, and Corn Bread. He couldn't say enough good things about the sausage sandwiches and declared them the best he's had post AND pre-vegan! He loved the empanadas so much he's going to grab a cheesesteak sub next time. He described the cornbread as fluffy, flavorful, and one of the best he's had. He sliced it in half and topped it with some chili the next day. It took us a few days to get through it all, but it was so worth the big order. I wish there was some tables so you could enjoy it hot and fresh, but it was a nice night and we got some air as we ate outside. The owner was very kind and obviously puts a lot of love and effort into his food. It's 45 minutes away without traffic, but we'll definitely make this a destination from time to time. Absolutely worth it!“

The one thing that very few baristas do is they give you overspill of half a cup or something but sometimes I watch them either throw it out or pour it into another cup and put in fridge. Maybe that's for them. I dunno. I always love when the person gives me the extra!!“

“Tonight I had the pleasure to dine at Bici restaurant in Ramsey, NJ. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to like it! You are greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. One of the owners, Marcello makes his rounds around the room speaking to his customers and making you feel at home. Everything I ordered was delicious and the waiters are so polite and attentive. Pleasant atmosphere and I will be back again. Thank you staff for your hospitality. It’s a BYOB. It’s a small restaurant with outdoor dining. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!“

“We had an absolutely wonderful meal on Thanksgiving. We ordered the usual turkey dinner and it was was scrumptious. I believe the new chef owner brings the experience to whole other level. We loved it. We are going back Christmas Eve! I do have to say I was disappointed a restaurant of this level and price point charges a 3% credit card fee. This is a first for us as we frequent comparable fine dining restaurants and we were never charged a fee. Food for thought.“

“We hosted a surprise 60th birthday party this past weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the first call to set it up to the moment we walked out the door, the staff made sure it was such a great experience. The people who work there are so attentive and kind. The managers Bryan and Kelly were so helpful in planning our party and Ivan is a rockstar. He took care of our party of 20 and made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to look for him, he was always checking on us and providing excellent service. He truly is so great at what he does. We had a sit down lunch in their cottage room which was so nicely decorated. the space was perfect. We felt like we were in our own restaurant. It was cozy but spacious and they were so accommodating with how we wanted it set up. We were able to bring balloons and decorations and the staff even helped us set up. They had a curtain up in the doorway so we were able to really surprise the guest of honor. Our lunch was delicious. We chose to do the seated option with 3 shareable apps and we picked a menu of 4 main meals from their party menu. Most of us ordered the shepherds pie and it was some of the best we had ever had. The presentation was cute. It came in a skillet which was served on a board with Irish soda bread. It was so delicious. The show stopper was the shareable Irish egg rolls. We couldn’t stop talking about them. The drinks were really good and the bar staff was really attentive to the party. The kids ordered from the long kids menu and they really enjoyed theirs as well. The pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny. We were able to bring our own cake and they cut it up and served it for us which was so nice. I can’t thank them enough for how special they made this experience. Everyone in our party had such an amazing time. The staff here are incredible. I would absolutely consider them for your next party.“

“From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us like old friends and walked us right to our table — I instantly had a good feeling, and I was right. Our server was awesome — super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and was on top of everything all night.

The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

“I was craving a smoothie and empanadas when I stumbled upon this local spot near our shop. I made my own banana and papaya smoothie, and it was absolutely amazing! I also tried the spinach and cheese, as well as the chicken parm empanadas. I've never had such unique flavors in an empanada before, but I must say they were incredibly delicious and packed with flavor! I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend others to give it a try!“
