“I ordered food, via Uber eats, and received only half the order. Uber refused to refund and told me “this order is ineligible for a refund”. I called the restaurant itself, and spoke to a very nice gentleman who told me he would take care of the problem, and that someone would call me back. I received a call back within 5 minutes and another nice gentleman told me I would receive the missing items within 15 minutes. Incredible customer service!!!The food was incredible, too!“

“Little difficult to find the place. Went for lunch. Had the 4 kinds of tacos: chicken,short rib, beef, lamb. Also the fries which were crisp. and had 4 kinds of dipping sauce. Got the steak sandwich for my daughter. She loved hers. We loved the fries and tacos. manager was friendly and explained our options. I missed having Mexican. MOstly you get pizza, bagels Israeli style , and steak restaurants.“

“This is a right after review the Southside sandwich was delicious well toasted bun plus meat was juicy could use maybe a bit more of a smoky same for the sausage which was delicious and had a nice snap to itParking: Not a huge parking lot but you can park on both sides“

“The only dairy restaurant in Lakewood that I keep coming back to. Tried so many things on the menu and everything is 10/10! The best food and always looks appetizing. Takeout orders are the same fresh. The restaurant is always calm and quiet no matter how many people are there. I will keep coming back. Thank you.“

“It was a bit hard to find the restaurant (for an out of towner) in the dark, as there is no signage facing the street and the property includes a catering hall. We parked at the wrong side of the facility and went into the catering hall. One of the waiters directed us to the restaurant, whose entrance was on the other side. The ambiance is nice there - dimmed lighting and modern furniture. After we ordered, the service was a bit slow. The portions were generous and tasty. The Chicken Marsela was delicious but overcooked and the edges were chewy. It needed 5 minutes less cook time.“

“Delicious food and great ambience. I remember when entree used to be a tiny store on Clifton and 5th with only one waiter those were the days. Service is great food is tasty and yummy desserts. I went recently for dinner and got the cowboy steak terrific and the fried onions on top yum. They do not offer free sodas anymore which is very disappointing maybe you can bring that back.“

“I was there last night with my husband. I dont have any pics. Food came out in a very short time. The food was slammin good. There was a problem with the burger and Yechiel made it right, no questions asked, a brand new burger was made. The sauces were a great touch. The counter staff was nice and friendly. But at least let him have a baalebatishe office, unlike that clumsy chair and computer in the back….. Agav hash browns need a few more seconds on the griddle. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the menu was packed with delicious options. I opted for the Italian Panini, and let me tell you, it was love at first bite! The bread was crispy, the meat was tender, and the cheese was melted to perfection. And don't even get me started on the sides - the soup was creamy and flavorful, and the salad was fresh and crunchy. “I have visited the Red Rose Bakery in Howell a number of times and loved everything I have tried. The apple turnovers were delicious, the selection of cupcakes was amazing, and it is wonderful to have the ability to buy just a portion of a cake when you don't have a large family. This morning I called with a last minute request for 20 cupcakes in 10 containers of two each for my dogs birthday! I wanted to bring them to his Saturday morning class with his doggie friends. I already had a cake for the dogs but had neglected their human partners. I was so pleased with the lovely selection and packaging on such short notice! Thank you Red Rose Bakery!“
