“Today was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this CFA, I ordered a Kids Meal, Small Soup, bag of Ice and another drink. It took 1/2 hour for me to get my food. And, it’s not even busy(shocking, I know)! While, I’m sure the employee is new, he gave me an attitude because I called to tell them I had been waiting. I’m disappointed… it was the nonchalant attitude from the person who took the call to the server. 😞“

Vegetarian options: A lot of dishes have meat, but the many that don’t still provide pretty good flavor

“One of, if not the best location in the area. Staff is diverse and extremely friendly. If there are any issues with a meal or service, they're more then willing to make the situation right by you. I had one slight complaint as a frequent Chick-fil-A eater and Signature Member... and that was that their sweetened ice tea was not as sweet as other locations. I voiced that concern to a team member and the problem was looked into and fixed. I see the same staff all the time and no one ever has an off or bad day.“

“This was a great trip to Raising Cane's! Fresh food, amazing service, and a very clean and serene atmosphere. The location was on point, right off the expressway. The staff were kind and honored my kid's free meal coupons although I didnt fill them out.
Kids ate the food along the half hour ride home. Everyone was happy.“

“Great customer service. Received a delivery order with a missing item. Contacted the store and someone was over right away to bring me what I missed. I believe it was the manager I could be wrong but he was so sweet and wanted to make sure I was happy!“

“First time at this spot. The gentleman was patience and took his time. He even offer me a Reward Card but the suck part about that is I'm missing my points for today visit.
Food came out Fresh/Hot. They have two bathroom stalls/cleaned.“

“We were rushing for a connection flight to Dublin on Thursday evening past. The counter had just closed, but the manager and staff allowed us into the queue telling us that they’d get us whatever was left. We managed to get all of the meals that we wanted and were even given a few extra cookies free. Brilliant friendly team, and hopefully the manager and staff that were on duty on Thursday as we rushed from the LA flight to the Dublin flight get a bit of recognition for their lovely customer service !“

“The service was amazing. The manager was very accommodating. The only reason why I gave the atmosphere a three star is because it was so jampacked and a very small area. In order to sit down, it would have been about a 15 to 20 minute wait of just standing there waiting. Other than that, I wish I could give them a seven star for their service and food!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!“
