When I got there, the woman (who is already so nice) told me they didn't accept AMEX cards. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash on me. So I said, "okay I'll be right back, I'll go grab cash!" “I am closing in on 40 and have been coming to this restaurant since I was a small child, some of my earliest memories are family dinners at Da Chen. The staff here are amazing— kind, attentive, helpful, and generous. Their house made duck sauce and crispy fried wonton chips ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD. Do not sleep on them if you only ever order take-out! You receive the crispy wonton chips with any soup order, but you have to ask for their homemade duck sauce on the side (costs like 25¢ iirc)!!! My favorite foods from here are: wonton soup, their complimentary jasmine tea, shrimp toast, beef & broccoli, sweet & sour chicken, general tso’s chicken, pork fried rice, and the bao bao platter (it’s such a fun treat eating this for dine-in). You will always receive the same quality service and food here, and somehow over the years it’s even gotten better! Da Chen is child-friendly and has high chairs available to use, and is wheelchair-accessible straight from the ample free parking lot and into the restaurant. Da Chen accepts cash, debit or credit. “I've tried all of the available chinese food options in the gibbstown-paulsboro area and this place is far and above the best of them. The portions are great and the food is always tasty. The prices for all of them were about the same, but this place doesn't charge a really high additional fee for using credit/debit to pay. If you want Chinese food in this area, this is the only place you should go to.“

“This is the best Chinese American food in Gloucester County. Most enjoy the crispy General Tso's chicken or the beef and broccoli, but so many locals turn to the wonton soup for comfort especially when sick. I highly recommend the beef chow ho fun because of the intense flavors from the hot fired wok. Service is excellent. I have noticed some that try to take advantage, but returning customers know that the restaurant always tries its best to keep diners happy. There is definitely a reason why it has won Best Chinese food in Washington Township numerous times.
