“I go here almost every morning and one morning they were closed after I already submitted my order. They noted that I didn’t get my order and gave me a free breakfast today. It’s little things like this that make a difference in customer service! They are always so quick with getting you in and out! I’m happy I found my Dunkin before work.“

“One of the staff I came in today was very kind and nice to me. Since I told the lady that I didn’t like the Chai Tea Latte. She was nice enough that I didn’t have to pay anything but instead she made me a new drink which is the Nitro Cold Brew. It was very accommodating that she kindly made my drink without any charges . I wish I knew her name. The store is very clean , nice baristas. I will definitely be coming back again soon! Thank you!“

Happy to report that they got it 100% correct!The space was rather small, but since we were the only ones in there, it was adequate.Gave 4 stars cause they don't have a drive thru. “I had a wonderful experience here. Ended up having a great conversation with the owner about community and how we can all support each other as humans. I was there for quite some time so I ended up enjoying both breakfast and lunch. I ordered the bacon and egg sandwich on a croissant, mocha latte, the fruit and Nutella crepe, and the chicken crepe to go for my partner. I enjoyed everything I had in the restaurant though I wish the breakfast sandwich had more than two piece of bacon. My partner said her crepe was delicious as well. I would definitely return and I recommend it to others especially those that love working from cafes. The internet was fast and there were outlets to use.“

“I highly recommend the Royal Mile! My husband and I enjoyed a nice coffee date here yesterday. We enjoyed chatting with the worker Matt, who was very professional, welcoming, and helpful. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and clean but the coffee is even better. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the decaf options. The decaf pumpkin spice coffee I ordered was so good that I bought a bag of coffee. We can’t wait to go back.

“I've been a drinker of La Colombe coffee since the 90's. Uniquely rich and smooth to the last drop. No acidity, no bitterness, no flavorings to mask an inferior roast. Pete's is the only other major coffee brand that I feel is competitive. The Fishtown storefront also brings excellent food to the table. The French Dip or Drip as they call it, is simply the best I have ever had. Their breakfast skillets are also delicious and the wood oven bread baked in house is fabulous. Service is the same as what you would receive at a Starbucks and the atmosphere is industrial, maintaining the vibe of the warehouse that it once was. But if good eats and coffee is what you seek, a visit to La Colombe is simply a must!“

Cornbread French toast was particularly sublime! The French press Kona coffee was a great start to the day. My one small complaint was the cleanliness of the dishes. My coffee mug had a visible red lipstick stain, my water glass had food particles on it and one of my plates was dirty. Just a small critique there. The space is nice open and not stuffy. And I noticed a good amount of foot traffic overall!“
