“We visited Hiroki for a special occasion. My wife had just given birth and, after nine months, was finally able to enjoy sushi again. The food was outstanding as always. It was fresh, beautifully prepared, and consistently high quality. The staff was also professional and attentive, just like the last time we were here.

One small note: One of the waitresses had a noticeable sniffle and sounded congested. She did not cough and made an effort to keep a reasonable distance, so I do not want to fault her. However, as a new parent, hearing someone continuously sniffling does make me nervous. If this comes up in the future, I would appreciate the staff considering simple precautions like offering or using a face mask to help guests feel more comfortable.“

“Let me preface this by saying I ordered this on DoorDash.

Now I was surfing DoorDash one night (tonight) because I was craving sushi but didn’t want to spend too much on it, was just hoping to get a fill of fish so was looking for cheap “low quality” sushi, and I stumbled onto this gem.

Even the menu on the app looked a bit fancy for “low quality” sushi (Japanese WAGYU sushi??) so I decided to try it out. Wow.

First off, the price. The price is on par with some of the other revolving sushi restaurants, but definitely cheaper than more formal sit down restaurants. Secondly, THE QUALITY. Not ONE of the sushi’s I ordered (I ordered pretty much one of everything, my wallet’s cooked) was fishy. Everything tasted fresh. The Yuzu salmon as well as the Japanese wagyu was to die for (I literally moaned). THE WASABI IS REAL WASABI. You don’t understand, these things aren’t typical of a revolving sushi restaurant, especially not for one of this price point.

Anyways, I don’t normally write reviews let alone take photos of food for reviews, but I took some just for yall because this restaurant blew my expectations out of the water. I can’t wait to visit in person someday soon.“

“After dropping off a present to my fiancé, I decided to stop by a grab a bite to eat. hibachi steak and shrimp and a to go order of snow crab Naruto. Today was extra special, because I literally had the best waiter I’ve had at any restaurant I’ve been to. Your waiter Nick deserves a lot of praise and credit for his work ethic and manners. Can’t wait to stop by again.“

“If it’s your first omakase experience then you’ll like it. If you’ve had more expensive omakase before, then this one doesn’t really have the same experience factor. The quality of the fish was good but it was fast(less than 1h) and felt rushed. The sushi chef didn’t really explain anything other than state the obvious name of the fish. But it’s good for the price.“

“Been searching for good japanese restaurant for quite some time. Let me just say that Mikado far exceeded our expectations. From tge appetizers to dinner, it was exceptional. Our server, Michelle, was great. We had tge seared pepper tuna sushi app - so fresh and delicious. My husband had the hibachi with filet and lobster - amazing too. My son had the combo udon noodles - ate every bite! We had the tempura banana dessert - delicious as well as the chocolate mousse cake and coppa cafe. Amy at the front desk was so gracious and sweet. We will definitely be back many times. Give this place a try - you won’t be disappointed!!!“

“Tucked away in a small shopping center, very easy to overlook, sits a gem of a restaurant. They have multiple cuisines to choose from, Japanese, Chinese, and Thai. The footprint of the restaurant is small, but it is so thoughtfully arranged and decorated. I wish I had found this place sooner and will definitely continue to visit.“

“First time trying out this place. We wanted to try a different Hibachi and my mom was searching some places and came across this one with great prices. It was my birthday today so that was the main reason we did Hibachi and it was a really nice time. It wasn’t as roomy as I thought it would be but it was still really nice. I got the salmon and it was okay not the greatest and they give you small petite. I’m used to a nice salmon from other places but never had salmon at a hibachi place before. The shrimp was really good and tasty. The vegetables and rice were great too. We got fried ice cream for dessert it was really delicious. We had a total of 6 people and the bill came to $243. I had a nice time overall. Would come again but I wouldn’t get the salmon. I’d get the shrimp. Also we had soup and salad and they were really delicious as well.“

“Was here recently for a colleague’s birthday party. They rented a private room with food + bottle service. Off street parking was definitely a huge plus. The staff was very attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the place seemed pretty chill. My only critique is the karaoke interface is not very intuitive, and the selection for ACTUAL karaoke/instrumental tracks are very limited because they only use Spotify for the music. It’s more like a sing-along than karaoke. I would suggest using youtube instead of spotify because YouTube’s selection of music for karaoke is far superior. Other than that, the place is great!“
