“Someone recommended I come here and try some of the pre-made specialties. It is a small place, but there is no lack in options. Everything really just looked so good, I picked out a few things for me and my son. I picked up some Chicken francese and chicken Marsala, some marinated artichokes and some seafood salad. All of it, DELICIOUS! I have been a chef for many years so I can be picky and I can tell when places cheap out on ingredients. I did not get that vibe from here. Get there before 3;30 PM if you want sliced cheese because they close the slicer at 3;30. I know if I get there at 3;32 PM the slicer is off. So I get tuna fish instead and it’s about as good as it gets. The staff is friendly and do a good job. What a place!“

I tried the 6 inch veggie sandwich. It came fully loaded with fresh veggies and special sauces. Each bite was filled with surprising flavours.
I highly recommend these sandwiches sealed with freshness!

“Totally agree about the kielbasa as the best. Love the rye bread they get from Brooklyn, it reminds me of the Jewish Rye from a bakery in Perth Amboy as a kid. I am 71 years old thus had great Eastern European ethnic food from Perth Amboy. Now for Christmas 2025 my manicurist from Poland said to get the herring from Stas. We normally make our own but I decided to try their own in oil, OMG, so good BUT I also bought the Lowell brand in vinegar as my dad used to make and we continued. EXCELLENT as well. I live in Hamilton so a good 45 mins away but soo worth it.“
