Because we were a party of 2 and ordered many courses , the server staggered our food so we could enjoy every morsel We started with soup. I had the lentil my husband had Moroccan Bean. Both were so wonderful we we started sharing. I was looking forward to the taramasalata all day. When it came to the table along with warmed pita bread it did not disappoint. On to the falafel: which were some of the best we ever sampled. Not finished yet, next we had lamb kafta. Which were succulent and prepared to perfection. Our final course was the superb moussaka. The eggplant melted in our mouth with each bite and the ground beef and béchamel enhanced the flavor to a higher level Our only disappoint was we didn't have room left for dessert. This is a terrific option for a healthier fast food experience. The rice and hummus bowls are my favorites, with falafels and/or mushrooms for the protein choice. “Cava is the Chipotle of Mediterranean it's great. On the healthier side you can go unhealthy I recommend the pita chips with crazy feta (whipped feta, onions, and jalapeños) it has a tiny kick not hot at all. You can pick what they offer whatever is in the bowls they recommend but just choose what you want that's what I do.“
