“Uncle Paulie's the greatest place to order your food. The staff is very pleasant and professional. They are amazing to deal with.
The food is succulent, their seasoning is perfect for the rotisserie chicken that matches their green and yellow Peruvian sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat a great savoring rotisserie chicken and don't forget to try their fish and tomato and onions ( Pescado).
I must say a big thank you to Maria for being patient with me. She's a fantastic person to communicate with.“

“Great atmosphere, with a split level bar/restaurant.
Food was great. Had the chicken empanadas to start (massive!)
For dinner, had the Tacu Tacu and my compadre had the Lomo Saltado. Both delicious and tasty dishes.
Drinks were also good. Had the Gin Mule, and a spicy tequila drink (can't remember the name). Both made with class.
Highly recommend this spot to small or medium sized groups.

“We always enjoy the food and drinks here. Luisa was a great waitress and we had a nice time there. The chicken champignon (mushroom sauce) was delicious and loaded with mushrooms. Great classic margaritas for under $10 with lunch. ❤️“

I’ve had the steak with tostones, their chicharrón de pollo & many other delectable dishes. They also have a nice bar & make excellent Pisco sours which I can’t find in too many places! I live in Rockland County & the hubby & I take the trip about monthly just to eat here! Nothing fancy about the restaurant but definitely good eats! Highly recommend! “Our first time at L'Punto and definitely not our last. My partner and I came in not knowing what to expect and left completely satisfied.

We started with the Martini Amazónico – refreshing and unique, the perfect way to kick things off. Then we shared the Arroz con Mariscos Acevichado, which was absolutely delicious – generous seafood, fresh flavors, and that citrus touch was on point. Finished with a sangria that hit the spot.

The service was excellent – attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they take pride in what they do. We'll definitely be back regularly.

If you're in the Moonachie/Little Ferry area and craving authentic Peruvian food, this is the spot.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Ancla. My wife, our 8 month old baby, and I went for dinner, and everything was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious. We both love lomo saltado, so that’s what we ordered. It was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and simply outstanding. I also had a pisco cocktail, and my wife ordered a margarita, both were fantastic. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we felt very comfortable dining there with our baby. Overall, an amazing experience. Totally recommended!“

“Went to Pisco de Mar for an early birthday celebration with friends and had a great time! Started with the croquetas de aji de gallina which were DELICIOUS!

I had the entraña a lo pobre, my fiancé had the jalea, and my friends had the Camarones Inka and the Arroz Chaufa con Pollo. Everything was really good, fresh, and dint take long to come out.

Had their chicha and it was nice too, very cinnamon forward. Finished the nice with a few different desserts including the tres leches and the flan!

Overall, the vibes were great, the staff was really friendly and attentive, and the food was a 10/10!“

“Fantastic local Peruvian restaurant. Food is very fresh and perfectly cooked. Super plump fried shrimp, spicy ceviche, fresh vegetables, Couldn’t have been more satisfied.
Two main dishes are probably enough for 3 people as portions are generous though not outrageously so.“

Spacing between tables is generous, staff is nice and helpful, and there's a pleasant track of Peruvian Andes music to set the mood. We chose to share their Peruvian Chicken platter, a $60 combo with a whole grilled chicken that melted off the bone; a large salad with tomatoes, lettuce and avocado; and a large plate of freshly made French fries. It's hard to eat on the UWS for $30 these days, and we had plenty to take home, so we thought it was a great casual meal option. Menu also features ceviche and Latin dishes like beans n'rice and yucca, skirt steak etc. A diverse group of neighbors, some elderly, gal pals, students and couples were obviously enjoying their meals, too.“

“Absolute gem of a place to get Hispanic food. I’ve been coming here for so many years and their food hits the spot EVERY time! I’ve only ever tried their chaufa and chicken and it’s absolutely amazing. Their hot green sauce is hot so beware! Absolutely love this place and their drinks are a bit sweet but just a bit of water fixes the problem. The place is always packed, there was a time I went and the line was out till the door so definitely a popular spot amongst the people in the area. You will not be disappointed!“
