“We got married here on 11/07/2025 and it was truly the best day. Sam, Marie and the whole team were spectacular. They made the planning process so easy. They were all very responsive, helpful and accommodating! The day of staff was simply amazing. I did not worry about a thing! The cocktail hour was the best!! My guests are still talking about it! The night was absolutely perfect. The grounds are beautiful and maintained perfectly. There are SOO many great spots for pictures. The Mansion was a fantastic place to get married!“

“I used Summit Catering for my wedding at the Estate at Eagle Lake in June 2026. They were absolutely fantastic to work with! Nina, who works with Summit Catering coordinated with us to personalize every detail of our wedding and was our day of coordinator. She was easy to contact, always responded quickly, and gave us her personal phone number to contact day or night. She made coordinating the food tasting easy and delicious. She guided us in making choices for the wedding that helped to elevate the experience without ever being pushy or feeling like an upsell. As the wedding approached and the weather threatened rain on our planned outdoor ceremony, Nina was phenomenal. For instance, she drove halfway across the state to buy a pop up tent for our violinist. She worked with me to come up with an indoor contingency plan that was amenable to me that included her needing to hire additional staff last minute. She accomplished all this seamlessly and at no additional cost to us. On the day of the wedding, working hand in hand with Nina, we watched the radar and held the wedding outside during a dry spell by moving up the ceremony time. All this was accomplished by Nina's meticulous organization and planning. The food at the wedding was fantastic. Friends and family kept complimenting the food and service. Memorable compliments included that the meat was like butter and that as soon as a guest put down their fork to stop eating that staff was ready to clear their plates. I was thrilled with the level of customer service they provided and would recommend Summit Catering to anyone planning a wedding. “Over the weekend I had my dream wedding. It was in the backyard portion of my farm and JBF was my caterer. I had never hired a caterer before and had no idea what to look for or what I was doing. WOW did I get LUCKY. JBF did the most incredible job ALL AROUND. From start to finish working with Mike, Paige, and the entire team was like working with family in the best ways possible. We did a continuous cocktail menu, opting out of the traditional sit down/buffet style dinner and the first thing Mike said to me was “I just did this menu for my niece and it was great!” How can you not feel like your going to get the best when you are getting the same as their family gets! The staff was so incredibly kind and efficient . My 120 guests had nothing but excellent things to say about the quality of the food AND the service. “I had a great experience ordering from Eat Greenz. Let me tell you, they are delicious! Baked Mac is my favorite, and this one was super cheesy with a delicious crust. You can add some of your favorite hot sauce to this. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are fun cut out star shapes and have a subtly sweet taste. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in the area! We love newer vegan restaurants! I will be trying out more of their items in the future.“
