“The food was excellent! I had the fried calamari and the hot pretzels for appetizers, and both were delicious! Atmosphere is rustic and lively. It was decorated nicely for the holidays. We went on a Friday night and they had live music. Music was good but a little loud for my taste. Overall, we had a good experience and nice night out!“

“When I'm in town, we get to Pub 199 for the lobsters and clams (dinner) and/or a variety of other items (lunch). Good for a quick in and out lunch or a social dinner. Great big rooms decorated with various taxidermy and especially decorated for Christmas. Usually, a fire going in the fire place when cold out. Friendly, but busy staff makes sure your food gets out in a timely fashion and not overly attentive, but attentive enough to catch their attention when you need something.“

“I go once in a while they have a lot of regulars. It's a nice chill spot to have a few drinks and relax. Staff is great! I've never had a problem. Nice vibe even when I'm not drinking (I'm pregnant and still go with my bf so he can relax) but over all definitely recommend you check it “

“This was my first time in here as it was for my tuesday night dart league. Its a small bar but as soon as i wakked in and had to get a drink, the bartender made it feel like ive going there for a long time. They do have a bar menu and its a mix of typical bar food/snacks and stuff you wont see at a bar too much. They offer pizza, hot oven pretzels, wings, tenders, fried raviolis, hot dogs, burgers, cheese steaks, buffalo tots (I was sucking on ice for an hour but it was good). So you guessed it, i enjoyed it.“

“My husband and I had a delicious meal last night. He is the pickiest eater and has a real limited palette. His favorite meal is Chicken Marsala which this restaurant does real well. I had the panzanella salad and small plate eggplant rollatini. I ate every bite of each. A very nice touch was the complimentary soft warm breadsticks and marinated salad. We will definitely be back and share our good experience with friends and family.Also, adding the service was excellent!“

“Relaxed atmosphere, a good place to go if you want to have a good steak in a casual atmosphere. Food here is excellent and chances are you will bring some home with you. The host was very considerate to our special needs as we had to be downstairs do to not being able to climb the stairs. He made sure that happened for us being they don't take reservations.“

“I was very surprised at the variety and quality of food. I expected a burger bar joint, yet I had some of the best spare rib ravioli. Went back a second time and had butternut squash ravioli and it was just as good. Servings are large so go hungry and go early because it gets busy.“
