We also tried a peanut butter cookie skillet with the salted caramel ice cream and that combination was an absolute Star ⭐️ The cookies are freshly baked to order, Highly recommend! If you are in the Merchantville area, definitely check these guys out. The shop is clean and family friendly! 😃“

“Pasta making class Olivia was excellent. She understands the regions of Italy and was able to prep and explain with ease and grace. A participant asked about cacio e pepe, which was not on the agenda, and Olivia quickly prepared the basic but difficult to nail sauce. It was spot on. Would def recommend HBB to friends and family. One suggestion though - supplying guests with aprons would be helpful!“

“Really nice small local ice cream shop with about 12 flavors to choose from. The ice cream is flavorful and creamy and the price is fair for the amount you get. Limited seating inside and unfortunately no seating outside, probably because of the neighborhood.

“While the prices are high and the lines are long, it is worth it. The flavors were rich, the texture was dence and the portions were large. Particularly the sour cherry was my favorite by far. The contrast of sour and sweet worked really well. The waffles cone added a great texture and they can even make it vegan too.

The staff was super friendly and had tones of energy which is more than I could say for myself if I was taking care of so many people all fay long. The line when we went wasn't too bad since it was late on a weekday.“

A couple months back, I wanted to try something different and go someplace I'd never tried before. So, good old Google found me a place, less than a mile away, which I never knew existed! “This place is so great. It was criminal of me not to ask her name, but the lady working the register was extremely pleasant. Upon ordering a brownie sundae, I let her know that I didn’t want the cherry that comes on top. She gave me my sundae, and told me that instead of the cherry I didn’t want, they put an extra little piece of brownie on top for me 🥹 it was such a sweet gesture, it really made my day. “Yesterday was my first visit there. First, there was a sign indicating an invitation to use their back patio. I didn't know which way to access the patio so naturally I walked around to the other (wrong) side of the building searching for the back patio. I was met by two locked doors. I then walked down the path then around the front of the store and then I went in the other direction.... kept going... looking for the patio and found it in the back of the building where I placed my order. I was disappointed that there was no sugar-free ice cream but they had a vast array of cones. Then, I had to walk to another window to pick up my ice cream cone. The ice cream was really, really good though the prices were steep yet they asked for a tip in addition to the steep prices. Even with that, however, I will return. I was impressed that they were open in the middle of a rainy, cloudy Sunday afternoon. Their serving the ice cream cone in a little container was a cute addition.“

We had Lilly making our blizzards and she was very patient while i wrestled with the app and helped me be able to get my birthday blizzard.Thanks Lilly! “Always a nice place to take your kids on a hot day. Not a ton of seating if you plan on staying but the staff (mostly students) are all very friendly and generally very helpful.

Parking: On a busy day, parking is near impossible in the lot as it's pretty tight, and there aren't many spots, but street parking is always a viable option.“

My son enjoyed his ice cream, but I was sadly disappointed with having ordered the hot fudge sunday only to receive vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup and NOT actual HOT FUDGE, which I was expecting on a $6 hot fudge Sunday. 😞. If I wanted chocolate syrup over soft serve, I would have ordered that. I had an infant with me as well and that's WHY I didn't walk all the way back up from my car with two young kids to see if it could be fixed. I'm not sure I will be returning or able to recommend this place to anyone else. I was surprised because I had seen good reviews on this business but for my first time to have this happen, that wasn't impressive or good at all. 👎☹️“
