I ordered a specific birthday Bundt cake online for my niece’s birthday who was coming to visit me and I requested to have it delivered since I was busy prepping her favorite dinner. To my surprise when the delivery arrived I received a Halloween decorated cake. I called the store which is when i spoke with Tricia. She handled my issue with such impeccable customer service and resolved it immediately. Tricia, you went above and beyond and for that alone you will forever have me as customer at your Middletown, NJ location. I appreciated everything you did for me!! Nothing Bundt Cakes I hope you recognize what an asset you have on your Team.“

“I was recommended to Cupcake Magician as I needed to order a cake for a rehearsal dinner and I do not live local to the Red Bank NJ area. I spoke to Danielle regarding what type of cake I would like. She took my order over the phone and was happy to deliver the cake to the restaurant, which is very close to the bakery. The cake was delicious, and we took home the extra and enjoyed it again the next day! I ordered a 9 inch vanilla layer cake with chocolate mousse filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. Highly recommend!“

“Got the cupcakes, absolutely disgusting. Cupcake was made of dry overcooked cake crumbs. Popeyes biscuits have more moisture than these. For 23$ I expected better especially from coldstone but unfortunately this is what they make here. I also called and asked why the cupcakes were made of dry crumbs and they confirmed that this is how they are instructed to make them. Definitely will not be purchasing again and just want to let other consumers know what they're buying before they get scammed like I did.
Edit: i brought back the cupcakes and the owner was very sweet and replaced them immediately with cookie sandwiches as well as a large container of ice cream. The cupcakes are still disgusting but the ice cream is good.“
