“The owner here is very kind and cares of his business. He is always talking to his employees with care and wanting to find resolution to any problems they might have. When we went in, he was behind the counter helping and taking care of other parts of the shop. How truly amazing is that, that the owner of this location cares so much that he puts himself in the shoes of his employees and works hands on to make sure everything is taken care of?“

“Hands down the best donuts I have ever had. Always so soft and cakey with an insane selection of flavors. My coworkers love it when I bring these in. The strawberry cheesecake, pina colada, coffee, blueberry, apple pie, coconut, and classic glazed were some of my favorites. Will be coming back here again and again for sure! “I gave it 4 stars because I’ve never been to a Dunkin Donuts where they did not have pepper. I had an egg and cheese. Asked for a pepper packet and was told they don’t have pepper in the store at all. Very odd. My coffee is a bit weak. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is clean. General DD atmosphere

“This is a well managed store. The crewmembers are empowered to prioritize customer service.

The employees enjoy working together. When traffic is low, they joke with each other, talk, clean, replenish, and maintain the dining room, equipment, and food prep areas. As soon as traffic picks up again, they are instantly on station providing quick and wlexcellent service.

I work as a clinical chaplain for a hospice provider. I sometimes have to spend time here working or preparing to work. This is how I have been able to observe for extended amounts of time.

What I do not like is that their corn muffins are not on the application menu, so I have to stand on line when I come in to pick up my order. This is across the board in every Dunkin' I have visited. They are always available, sometimes on display, but unavailable on the app. Also, in this, my favorite location, a recent remodel has resulted in only 10 seats.
