“Delicious meals, fast courteous service!“

“First time there for myself. My wife had been there recently for lunch. OMG, amazing. We started with their homemade, warm Pita with Babaganush (sp?). Awesome. I had their Arugala salad, which I like wherever I go. This was amazing as well. Then we had our entrees. None of us could finish our meals, they were so plentiful and delicious. We each took home doggy bags. We told them we couldn’t possibly eat desserts so we ordered some to go. They then brought out hot Turkish teas for us AND a plate of a custard for us to share. Delicious!!! WOW! This place jumped right up near the top of our list for favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back.“

“For dinner we when to RUMI and it was amazing! Appetizers absolutely delicious all our dinners were delicious fresh hot completely satisfied . And then we had complementary Turkish tea and we all had desserts which were absolutely delicious someone with a sweet tooth would love. The seating and decoration are very pretty. And the staff are so nice ! I went twice and one of the servers Litzie remembered my name :) which always feels nice. “Just had CAVA in Union and it was amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything tasted really well put together. The staff was friendly and moved quick, even though it was busy. “The most amazing and delicious Turkish Breakfast I ever had. Not only in New Jersey area. I’ve tried lots of places in the Tri-State area and it’s definitely 5 Stars. Everything is homemade. There’s a lot of food when you order Turkish Breakfast. The cheese on the platter is very rich. Definitely try the Turkish eggy toast. It’s absolutely so yummy. It’s only on Sundays 10:00am-2:00pm. The atmosphere is fantastic. Especially for any kind of showers or parties. I’ve found out they have 2 more locations in Cliffside Park,NJ & Livingston,NJ as well. The owner is super nice and he welcomes and is so polite to customers. The prices are very reasonable. They have a huge parking lot. Handicapped customers are welcome to restrooms and parking lot.“

“I cannot recommend this venue enough! The room was absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to help bring my vision to life, including customizing the napkin colors to match my baby shower theme, adjusting the icing color for my cake, and arranging the room exactly how I wanted it.

They were also very flexible with both setup and cleanup times, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. The service throughout the event was exceptional—every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. There was plenty of space to have tables for gifts, desserts, favors, raffle/games, and food.

The food was outstanding and one of the highlights of the day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was, and it was such a thoughtful touch that they allowed guests to take leftovers home.

From the wait staff to the kitchen staff to management, everyone was incredibly friendly, unbelievably accommodating when it came to food allergies (they came out to talk about everything in specific detail to make sure it was safe before it was cooked and served), and the food was absolutely delicious!! I would absolutely recommend trying Marakesh out if you haven't been. They will be more than happy to go over the menu and explain anything you might not recognize or need changed because of restrictions. “After a tasty round of appetizers including tangy baked Fava beans, creamy smooth hummus, baba ghanoush and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside falafel, we feasted on two lamb dishes, one of which was perfectly grilled, and an order of couscous with vegetables. I still remember today how great everything tasted. Service was friendly and efficient and the decor included lamps and accessories imported from Morocco. Portions were generous and they provide containers for the leftovers. You can only eat so much! Highly recommended.“

“I ordered a yeero with Greek fries, a dessert, and smoothies from Summit Greek Grill using UberEats. The food arrived fresh and flavorful (I adore the hint of lemon and the feta cheese for the Greek fries!). Unfortunately, our driver forgot our smoothies. I was writing it off as a loss with plans to contact Uber, when I received a phone call from the manager of the restaurant, Ali. He was emphatic that he wanted to make things right by us, took my name and phone number, and personally delivered the drinks to my door. Ali made sure to call us along the way, letting me know he closed the restaurant to bring my food. My boyfriend tried to offer him a tip as a thank you, but he denied it and even called me back to apologize that my boyfriend ran out in the cold without a jacket. “Humble seems to be the best word to summarize this restaurant. The men who run it seem to have a great rapport with their customers; they’ve been there for 20+ years and it shows. They were kind and accomodating. The food was plated carefully and was pretty taste. My only complaints were putting margarine on my pancakes without asking and the tiny plastic utensils, which left my hands covered in syrup. However both of those go to the restaurant being unpretentious. There’s no atmoshere to speak of but it was clean. I’d eat here again but probably wouldn’t go out of my way.“
