“We chose La Colina Mexican Cantina in Warren NJ to celebrate 3 birthdays on 4/5/25. We were a party of 12 & tried a few of the beautifully crafted cocktails that were out of this world and so tasty we had to order more. We began our feast with a couple of platters of Nachos El Gordo that were huge and absolutely delicious and went perfectly with the chosen wines, margaritas, and assorted cocktails our family ordered. The cocktails were of the beautiful quality that we've only seen on TV during cooking shows or restaurant series. The edible flowers and the smoke emitting drinks were amazing. We were served by a wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive waitress. She was able to answer every question and had plenty of patience for our crowd who were amazed by the menu. Especially the "Smart" menus that detail each item at the flip of your finger. What an upscale & impressive touch that is. After we ordered our entrees we enjoyed more cocktails and had some time to talk and enjoy the unbelievable decor that seemed to have an endless amount of thought and class put into the decor of this authentic Cantina. The service was beyond excellent and our meals came out hot and enticing and as pleasing to the eyes as it was to our pallets. This was authentic delicious, beautiful meals that made the party seem like were were enjoying fantastic Cantina style food right in Mexico. I highly recommend the burritos, enchiladas, the Mexican Caesar salad, fajitas and I'm sure that rest of the menu has to be outstanding if everything the 12 of us had was that delicious. Besides the wonderful service, drinks, food and authentic atmosphere, topping the celebration off was when the owner came over to our table , introduced himself and made sure everything was as fabulous as possible. Believe me it was. Then the Head Chef came out and asked if everything up to our expectations to which we all agreed this place out did every single Mexican restaurant we've ever been to. I highly recommend La Colina in Warren NJ and I know you won't be disappointed in the food , atmosphere or the service. We surely will be back !!!!“

“We absolutely adore Mr. Cautus! Their food is simply delicious, and they make you feel like part of the family. We always bring our extended family along because there's plenty of space for everyone! We love trying all their specials—I think we’ve sampled just about everything on the menu! Our top picks are definitely the molcajete, shrimp a la diabla, and their amazing tacos. Overall, this place is fantastic, and I highly recommend it, especially for bigger gatherings. 🫶“

“We are so grateful to El Jefe’s for generously donating a catered lunch to our school staff during Staff Appreciation Week! Their kindness and willingness to give back to the community truly means so much. The taco bar was an absolute hit — fresh, delicious, and enjoyed by everyone! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Delivery was right on time, the setup was clean and organized, and the take down was effortless. Thank you, El Jefe’s, for helping make our staff feel so appreciated. Your support of our school community does not go unnoticed, and we highly recommend them for both their amazing food and outstanding service!“

“Taqueria María @ Jamesburg NJ Fresh taste Fresh food Great service I JUST LOVE IT“

“First time customer. I got two beef tortas and one chicken milanesa torta. The bread was fresh, meat tender and so flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Even the fries were well seasoned and crispy. The cheese, crema and avocado added balance to all the flavors. Excellent service and experience overall. I would have taken photos but I was too busy eating! This will become my Mexican food mainstay from now on.“

“From the very first plate, everything felt intentional. The presentation wasn’t just pretty, it was poetic…colors placed like they had a purpose, textures layered like a quiet symphony. Then you taste it, and suddenly it all makes sense. Every bite had depth. Not just flavor, but personality. Rich without being heavy, bold without being loud.“

“Always very tasty. Great staff. Great atmosphere.“

“We eat here once a week, faithfully. Actually because we have such a big order, we order it for delivery to Piscataway. I ate there twice in the restaurant and was HOOKED! The flavors are so DELICIOUS! We’ve have our favorite menu items and a nice variety. Hands down best place to eat!“

“This place is exceptional. The food is great. The atmosphere is fun, and the service is timely and always delivered with a smile. This is a family business made up of good decent hard working people. And the prices for the portions delivered are incredible. Can't wait to go back and get my fill!!!“

“Bubbakoo's reminds me of Moe's in the best ways with lots of options with delicious queso. Food was pretty good, customer service was stellar. Rep gave me white rice instead of brown. Offered to remake it, I declined. He took a percentage off my total order. You don't get service like that too often anymore. Not to mention I was greeted upon entering establishment.“

“Excelente atención al cliente y su comida muy rica.“

“Seemed like they only spoke Spanish, but Idk. Prices were fair, portion size was just right, food was fantastic. Served chips with salsa verde. The salsa was spicy in the best way. I got pollo el chipotle. It was perfect. Also got pupusas. Definitely authentic food made very well. So far my favorite Mexican place in New Jersey.“

“This is a very small place to eat and I usually order to pick up. What I can say is the food it’s authentic Mexican , so tasty and delicious , I’m not a big fan of spicy foods but this place use enough condiments on their meats , they use jalapeños but if you don’t want them, request not to put them on your food…overall food it’s delicious highly recommend“

“Muy bueno la comida gracias“

“Es uno de mis lugares favoritos porque la comida es excelente, muy buen sazón y a precio justo, lo malo es el servicio, cuando están los muchachos ellos atienden muy bien, pero hay una joven que atiende de mala gana, las veces que nos ha atendido ella es lo mismo, hoy mejor preferimos ya no comprar nada, cuidado con eso porque con gente así no dan ganas de volver.“

“las meseras super atentas la comida muy buena y todo se mantiene limpio ❤“

“We went in our Sun afternoon and here was no wait. The food was ready quickly and everything tasted delicious. The green salsa is delicious and would buy it by the bucket if I could😁. My table tried the birria, tamale, empanada, burrito, and more. Everything was great and I will return.“
