“It was our honor and privilege to be a part of a dear friend's B'day Bash last Sunday at Kochi. Dining at Kochi was one of the, if not THE, most memorable experience ever. We were totally floored by the exquisite food - and service - provided by Chef and Owner Mr. Jebu Matthew and his team. From the cool berry drink and amazing classic South Indian appetizers, to the numerous - and for us, many new - items that kept appearing in front of us almost magically during the main meal, served in the traditional South Indian style (on banana leaves), right through the delectable halwa and delicious jaggery rice payasam (desserts), we could feel the love and careful attention with which each item was prepared and pride with which each item was served. Plus, being served by Mr. Matthew himself was, in and of itself, humbling. He patiently explained the intricacies of each delicacy which helped us understand the complexity of the cuisine's varied flavors. To be actually seated (for hours) and served at the table greatly enhanced the culinary experience. We have rarely, if ever, felt that we have consumed a feast - but now, can proudly say so - because of Mr. Matthew and our experience at Kochi. “For many of us longing for that traditional wedding feast served on a banana leaf, a visit to The Park Indian Restaurant is a must. The feast is served just like weddings back home with so many veg and non-veg dishes and most importantly with such warm hospitality that one feels like part of the family. “One of best street food I ever had. Owner was very friendly and nice too us. I asked the owner what dish is popular and well known and he said bhakri pizza and indo Chinese. So we got bhakri pizza, Dahi Puri, peri peri fries and chilli paneer. Everything was fantastic and my personal favorite was the peri peri fries. We ended our meal with milkshake and it was so yummy. The owner was very nice to us and he made sure we were doin great. I highly recommend this place if u are missing choice in India.

Ordered the chicken keema pizza and panner tikka and chicken 65 food and Limca( Indian soda) highly recommended with pizza. “This is a small but quick-service place. I visited on a Wednesday and had the Rava Masala, which was amazing! It had the perfect combination of a crispy outer layer and soft onions inside. I absolutely loved both chutneys. The sambar was decent, but the Pongal and Tamarind were very authentic and flavorful. Highly recommend it!

“What a New Jersey!!!! This food is worthy of the most expensive Indian establishments. The owners, Shazad and Raza, are so hospitable and you can tell they create dishes from the heart.

Shazad prepared a special mix grill of their five types of chicken: malai not, seekh kebab, tandoori chicken, and tikka— each one seasoned distinctly. You could tell that the masalas and seasonings were made fresh and the chicken was of the highest quality.

Their mango lassi is made fresh with Alphonso mangoes.

Their cheese and garlic naan were the best of compliments for the grill. The garlic naan was light with the right amount of garlic and the cheese naan was so comforting with its cheesiness.

As a Californian who has her pick of amazing, inventive Indian cuisine, this New Jersey gem has stolen my heart!

We have celebrated Diwali at our Parker Adult day center @ Somerset. We ordered our lunch from Nirvanis. Food was excellent.
I was little skeptical about Indian food as some of our participants trying Indian food first time and how spicy it will be it will be for them. I spoke with Niraj couple times. He was very diligent and took good care of our order. All foods were fresh hot and testy, not spicy at all and the amount of food was plenty.

“I ate here a few years ago - don't recall my whole meal but i remember it was good - love mint chuntey. The manager / staff was friendly. The space is small but organized and clean. Recently i ordered through uber eats - they had a buy one get one free promo on the chicken tikka. I also got a few orders of garlic naan. The chicken tikka with rice was good - moist chicken, good flavor and not too spicy. However the garlic naan was disappointing - it was a tad bit salty but mostly the bread was flat and dense - it should be a little more fluffy with a nice chew. Hope they read this and improve it - would give it another try.“

“Visited this amazing spot close to home, thanks to my brother's recommendation for their Wednesday Dosa buffet! The buffet runs from 5:45 PM to 9:30 PM, and we arrived around 8:30. We kicked off with idly, wada, and a variety of chutneys and sambhar. Then came naan with paneer butter masala, uthapam, and samosas, which were all fantastic. They also offered two types of rice, rasam, chaat, and desserts like mango lassi, gulab jamun, and ice cream.

For dosa, you place an order separately—we tried the butter Mysore masala dosa, paneer masala dosa, and Madurai masala dosa, all of which were delicious. The buffet is priced at around $22 per person, and it's totally worth it. While the variety of items isn't vast, the quality more than makes up for it. The dining space was comfortable, and the service was very professional. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy some great vegetarian food, especially vegetarians! “We are lucky to have a Banquet hall like Rasoi in the town. It is perfect to have a small or big party. We recently had our Diwali get-together at Rasoi. The Food and service were top-class. The manager Prasad Kadam ensures all goes well and all guests are happy. The staff members are very warmth and welcoming. Once this place is renovated in the coming months, it will have a brand-new Banquet hall to host the parties. I hope Chefs will introduce and add new food dishes to the catering menu.“
