“It was our honor and privilege to be a part of a dear friend's B'day Bash last Sunday at Kochi. Dining at Kochi was one of the, if not THE, most memorable experience ever. We were totally floored by the exquisite food - and service - provided by Chef and Owner Mr. Jebu Matthew and his team. From the cool berry drink and amazing classic South Indian appetizers, to the numerous - and for us, many new - items that kept appearing in front of us almost magically during the main meal, served in the traditional South Indian style (on banana leaves), right through the delectable halwa and delicious jaggery rice payasam (desserts), we could feel the love and careful attention with which each item was prepared and pride with which each item was served. Plus, being served by Mr. Matthew himself was, in and of itself, humbling. He patiently explained the intricacies of each delicacy which helped us understand the complexity of the cuisine's varied flavors. To be actually seated (for hours) and served at the table greatly enhanced the culinary experience. We have rarely, if ever, felt that we have consumed a feast - but now, can proudly say so - because of Mr. Matthew and our experience at Kochi. “For many of us longing for that traditional wedding feast served on a banana leaf, a visit to The Park Indian Restaurant is a must. The feast is served just like weddings back home with so many veg and non-veg dishes and most importantly with such warm hospitality that one feels like part of the family. It would be an injustice to pick a top dish because each one is a star in its category. Unlimited food at such an affordable price! We will be returning every time this fabulous feast is offered.“

“One of best street food I ever had. Owner was very friendly and nice too us. I asked the owner what dish is popular and well known and he said bhakri pizza and indo Chinese. So we got bhakri pizza, Dahi Puri, peri peri fries and chilli paneer. Everything was fantastic and my personal favorite was the peri peri fries. We ended our meal with milkshake and it was so yummy. The owner was very nice to us and he made sure we were doin great. I highly recommend this place if u are missing choice in India.

“Passing by the area and came across this pizza place was a little sceptical about the place was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the chicken keema pizza and panner tikka and chicken 65 food and Limca( Indian soda) highly recommended with pizza. Everything was fresh and very flavorful definitely coming back here when I’m in the area.“

“What a New Jersey!!!! This food is worthy of the most expensive Indian establishments. The owners, Shazad and Raza, are so hospitable and you can tell they create dishes from the heart.

Shazad prepared a special mix grill of their five types of chicken: malai not, seekh kebab, tandoori chicken, and tikka— each one seasoned distinctly. You could tell that the masalas and seasonings were made fresh and the chicken was of the highest quality.

Their mango lassi is made fresh with Alphonso mangoes.

Their cheese and garlic naan were the best of compliments for the grill. The garlic naan was light with the right amount of garlic and the cheese naan was so comforting with its cheesiness.

As a Californian who has her pick of amazing, inventive Indian cuisine, this New Jersey gem has stolen my heart!

“Best chicken biryani in NJ so far :-)“

“I ate here a few years ago - don't recall my whole meal but i remember it was good - love mint chuntey. The manager / staff was friendly. The space is small but organized and clean. Recently i ordered through uber eats - they had a buy one get one free promo on the chicken tikka. I also got a few orders of garlic naan. The chicken tikka with rice was good - moist chicken, good flavor and not too spicy. However the garlic naan was disappointing - it was a tad bit salty but mostly the bread was flat and dense - it should be a little more fluffy with a nice chew. Hope they read this and improve it - would give it another try.“
