Flavor was very authentic Middle Eastern in both the shawarma and pickles. I also had their fattoush which was very good. 2 people can easily be served from both the shawarma and fattoush! “This is my favorite cafe!! Every barista is so cool, I love the atmosphere when I come to do work here, and the coffee is delicious. The consistency is the same no matter who makes my drink and I love that! The prices are totally reasonable and the selection is perfect. “Terrific and nostalgic fare. Got Turkey club for my meal with their delicious French fries. The sandwich was good enough to conquer my hunger and I only ate half. Took home the leftovers. My husband had the classic burger with French fries and it was huge and cooked to perfection. He said it was juicy and full of flavor with all the toppings. We both liked that the French fries came in a metal cup container because it kept the temperature longer which allowed us to eat them warm. I chose the green tea iced tea and thought it was perfectly not too sweet. Hubby got plain iced tea and it was unsweetened and terrific too. Prices are comparable to the area with tip just under $60.“

“I've been coming here for years!!! The most authentic Greek food I've had here in the states. Everything on the menu is a hit. The food takes about 10 minutes if you order in-person. Everything is fresh, tasty, and quality. There is limited seating indoors but plenty of additional seating outside to immerse yourself in the Montclair streetscape. The owner, Efi, is extremely accommodating and professional. She cares deeply about the quality of food and service. I can't recommend this place enough. Fair warning though: you will crave Efi's Gyro after trying it!“

“The female manager was very nasty to two employees when I was there. She told one of them loud enough for everyone inside the restaurant to hear that he had two strikes and she would send him home and then turned to another worker and said that she was going home too. Wtf, the food was good but that woman needs to go back to the handbook and look at how to speak to employees when patrons are around. I was very uncomfortable and not sure I’ll be back. That is not the way to treat others.“

The prices were so reasonable which is rare in Montclair! and they were so dog friendly! it was our first time there but not the last!“

There is one thing I don’t like about this place their parking if for whatever reason you do not have or missed or can not used your phone to pay for the parking instead of a$6 parking space you’ll get a ticket from this private company the owner of this parking lot and they send you a $104 fee insanely high !! Taking advantage of the people and technically 3 times the fee of a larking ticket you’ll get from the Montclair police dept. Robbery for sure and taking advantage of the state to charge high fees. Be aware of people of the scam in this parking spot ..“

“Hot Bagels Abroad is my go-to spot whenever I'm in Montclair—it just hits the spot every time. The bagels are always fresh, warm, and have that perfect chewy-crispy combo. I’m especially hooked on their bacon, egg & cheese on an everything bagel—simple, but SO good.

The team there is always friendly and on top of things. Even when it’s busy (which it often is!), they move fast and somehow still make you feel like a regular.

Honestly, it’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. Great food, great vibes—what more could you want in a bagel spot?“
