“Wonderful peaceful atmosphere. Comfy seating with nooks to plug in and work. Locally authored books in the shelves. The chai has a perfect balance of herbs and spices and is not too sweet. Also had an amazing empanada and a freshly baked-on-premises cookie. Love the local focus of this cafe. Will come back again to try the fresh leaf teas and the other empanadas.“

“Went this evening to try this new place as I was graving some shawarma. Had a beef shawarma that came with olives and pickles. Flavor was very authentic Middle Eastern in both the shawarma and pickles. I also had their fattoush which was very good. 2 people can easily be served from both the shawarma and fattoush! Overall, good food, nice place. Will be back.“

“I own my own Ice Cream shop but after dining at this fine establishment, I might have to close my shop down because my ice cream can NEVER compete with this. I got the Low Fat Triple chocolate yogurt because I got to watch my figure and it was so good, it had me hitting my happy dance like that tiktoker John Loves Food in the middle of the whole store. Thing was so good it was practically orgasmic, Atmosphere? Great! Service? Great! The managers at this establishment were so good I wanted to hire them for my place. This is the perfect place for a date or if you're just single like me and craving Ice Cream.“

“Terrific and nostalgic fare. Got Turkey club for my meal with their delicious French fries. The sandwich was good enough to conquer my hunger and I only ate half. Took home the leftovers. My husband had the classic burger with French fries and it was huge and cooked to perfection. He said it was juicy and full of flavor with all the toppings. We both liked that the French fries came in a metal cup container because it kept the temperature longer which allowed us to eat them warm. I chose the green tea iced tea and thought it was perfectly not too sweet. Hubby got plain iced tea and it was unsweetened and terrific too. Prices are comparable to the area with tip just under $60.“

“I've been coming here for years!!! The most authentic Greek food I've had here in the states. Everything on the menu is a hit. The food takes about 10 minutes if you order in-person. Everything is fresh, tasty, and quality. There is limited seating indoors but plenty of additional seating outside to immerse yourself in the Montclair streetscape. The owner, Efi, is extremely accommodating and professional. She cares deeply about the quality of food and service. I can't recommend this place enough. Fair warning though: you will crave Efi's Gyro after trying it!“

“The female manager was very nasty to two employees when I was there. She told one of them loud enough for everyone inside the restaurant to hear that he had two strikes and she would send him home and then turned to another worker and said that she was going home too. Wtf, the food was good but that woman needs to go back to the handbook and look at how to speak to employees when patrons are around. I was very uncomfortable and not sure I’ll be back. That is not the way to treat others.“

“it was a gorgeous day and we were at Brookdale Dog Park. We looked up dog friendly restaurants. What a great place the food was awesome, the beers were cold and the service was excellent. The prices were so reasonable which is rare in Montclair! and they were so dog friendly! it was our first time there but not the last!“

“Love it there for sure . Great vibes and food and drinks. There is one thing I don’t like about this place their parking if for whatever reason you do not have or missed or can not used your phone to pay for the parking instead of a$6 parking space you’ll get a ticket from this private company the owner of this parking lot and they send you a $104 fee insanely high !! Taking advantage of the people and technically 3 times the fee of a larking ticket you’ll get from the Montclair police dept. Robbery for sure and taking advantage of the state to charge high fees. Be aware of people of the scam in this parking spot ..“

“Was a great morning at Montclair Diner. Enjoyed the last day of summer Jazz and a lively brunch and enjoyed the sultry, soothing voice of Ms. Jacque Johnson and the band that accompanied her. I met the owner Elliot, who was very warm and welcoming. A great experience all around.“

“A 8/10 bagel place. Probably in the top 5 of bagel places in North Jersey. I highly recommend anyone new to this area or traveling from other states to check them out. Here is what i ordered:

I got an Asiago Bagel with bacon egg and cheese. The egg was cooked nicely and they are very generous to the portions when it comes to the bacon. The bagel was pretty big, all the flavors complimented each other well and it was very fulfilling. I felt like i got what i paid for.

I also got a panini bacon egg and cheese. The bread was burned, had to scrape off the burned pieces off of the bread, the bacon was alo burnt, it did not have much cheese as well. It was an OKAY panini, but its not worth $9.

Other than the panini, the service is amazing, they are always busy on the weekends so be prepared to stay in line for at least 7-10 minutes.“

“This was my first time coming to this location,. Parking off street was easy to find so I opted out for the Valet. Upon arrival the host seated us and almost immediately my server Cara was pleasant and after hearing it was my first time she gave me the option to sit outside even though our reservations were for an indoor event. Ordered martinis ,draft beer, the sliders and fries . The aioli was so good I had to get extra to put on my burgers! Everything was prompt, correct and Cara was very attentive . Will be coming back with friends for drinks and the ambience. Definitely good vibes and that's speaking from a foodie and person in the business. Great job guys“
