“Dunkin' is my go-to spot! The staff is consistently friendly and fast, making every visit a breeze. Their coffee is always hot and flavorful, and the donuts are fresh and delicious. Perfect place for a quick breakfast or afternoon treat. Service and quality never disappoint!“

“I go to this Dunkin every morning before work and they are always friendly and helpful. Kalpita and the rest of the crew are awesome. I order on the app and it is always ready when I get there. When my schedule changed the app was showing that they were closed so I mentioned it to them and they had it fixed right away and I was able to order the next morning - at 5:30 am I NEED my Dunkin coffee!!“

“Great place nice people ….“

“Dunkin’ Donuts has the best quality coffee around. The donuts are not as good as they used to be.“

“Awesome doughnuts, hot and fresh“

“Dunkin' never disappoints! The staff is always incredibly friendly and super quick, making every visit smooth and enjoyable. From their perfectly brewed coffee to fresh donuts, everything hits just right. Great spot for a pick-me-up or quick snack on the go. Always leaves me smiling!“

“one of the best Dunkin’s I have ever been to. The service, the people, the speed. I go here every single day, if I’m going out of my way, I’ll go to this Dunkin no matter what. You guys are sleeping on the service. I’ve talked to the employees and they are the nicest most genuine people I have ever met.“

“This is one of my favorite Dunkin donut. Fast service, fresh food. Customer service outstanding. One of there morning female employee's always greets me with a smile she has my order ready for me before I even pay. She's the reason iam a customer of this specific Dunkin for life.“

“Friendly and courteous staff. Always gets my order right.“

“Very good coffee .it's right up there with dunkin As far as taste and quality...maybe even better. The prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than Dunkin so that's definitely a plus. Workers are friendly and respectful....This is my go to coffee spot , To top it off the donuts are actually better than dunkin and the breakfast sandwiches blows Dunkin out of the game ...Its pretty safe to say I will definitely be starting my mornings here prolly for a long time.“

“Only reason im giving 5 starts is because the girl that made me drink and food was amazing everyone else was to busy playing to take my order even had a very rude girl look right at me not say anything walk away and start talking to someone else then a guy finally asked if I had been helped after he was done joking and playing around do better and give the people that are actually there to work a raise.“

“This was only my second day here and they remembered my exact order! I’ve never had a store put in so much effort and attention to their customers before. I love coming here and the employees are all so nice and family and they get along with each other and customers really well. I love the manager too, I believe her name is Alpa, she is so nice and always ready to help, she really knows how to build a team. Thank you guys!!!“

“i come to this dunking often cuz i live like 5 minutes away and idk who was working this morning but i just had the BEST coffee.i havent been in a while but i order the same thing everytime and they made it PERFECT. perfect color, taste and my iced coffee was freezing cold how i like it .they seriously deserve a raise“

“The man who is there every morning ( I wish I knew his name) is one of the nicest people. He knows his customers, he is polite and even when busy still treats everyone the same. He has patience with his staff if they dont understand how to do something. I am a frequent flier there and I have never seen a indifferent or sour side to him. Place is always clean and organized.“

“It a good place to get a drink“

“We went to this dunkin after La fitness to get a snack and the serive was amazing. The manger came out and made sure we were good and had a good time we asked about the food and how it tasted then he joked with us service was the best would highly recommend to eat at“

“LOVE Dunkin Donuts coffee; great place for conversation and coffee with friends!“

“My wife and I come here every morning and Pria not only remembers our order everyday but she already has our coffee hot and ready!! She is so friendly and we stop going to our old Dunkin and only come to this location now because of PRIA!!!! She is the best!!!!“

“Best DD around. Friendly staff too. Its a tiny DD but its huge in service with a smile. Way to go Academy Plaza Dunkin Donuts !!! “

“Got here the night before my appointment. Appointment was for 5am. I checked in at 4:55. I was given a dock & they started unloading right after I backed in. Done by 6:20 Great place to come to. Overnight parking available as well don’t listen to old reviews.“

“I go out of my way to go here as opposed to the three I pass on my way to work or near my house. They are so cheerful, attentive, pleasant, thoughtful, and patient. I've never had an issue with an order here but if I did I would feel completely comfortable asking for it to be fixed and I know it would be done with a smile! My favorite Dunkin to visit and is a weekly staple for me.“

“Good evening Google Family. I visited this location for the first time today. I had a taste for a hot decaf coffee after patronizing the movie theatre in Moorestown, New Jersey, the Regal Moorestown Mall movie theater. So when I went in the Dunkin, I prefer going in instead of the drive-through, I opted for a large hot decaf coffee black with butter pecan. Boy! it was simply delicious!!! I reward myself now and then, lol. The service here was good. I remembered to ask for my senior discount, lol, because most times I forget. The Dunkin was clean and neat. And the parking lot had many available parking spots plus handicapped parking was available. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years.“

“Dunkin Donuts always makes my coffee just like I like it. A large Xtra Sugar and Xtra Cream. But yesterday, it was super good!. I have never visited this location, as I was driving thru. They were so nice and the restroom was really clean also.“

“Crazy busy here, BUT when I use the app to order ahead, I'm usually in & out! Just be careful, traffic is pretty heavy in the mornings!

Parking: Mornings are hectic! Small parking lot with a lot of traffic can be difficult at times.“

“Best Dunkin Ever!! Cleanliness! Great Service!! ... I stopped going to DD because, coffee tasted water down or too sweet.. I ordered my all time fav: Med Hot Hazelnut Swirl.(no sugar, reg cream) only because, I was in the area.. My reaction after 1 taste was I have to tip them!! Coffee is Awesome and overall deposition was outstanding!!!“

“This dunkin location is located along a busy stretch of highway. In the dozens of times I've ordered from it, the food has always been up to Dunkin standards and the prepared fairly quickly. My only negative is the fact the morning staff are noticeably unfriendly and seem to be annoyed if you ask any questions and especially if you've paid for something in app that they ran out of. With that being remedied I would have no concerns.“

“I would give it a 5 star for the great staff and the fact that my coffee is always good, but why do they wait until I get to the drive thru to make my on the go order? Isnt the point of the on the go order to save time?“

“The other day I stopped by this Dunkin, and I don't usually come here. A sweet girl wearing glasses helped me out — she was super patient and even gave me her opinion on a few items.
She had such a beautiful smile and honestly made my whole evening after a rough day. I even came back the next day at 7 pm before work hoping to see her again, but she wasn't there. Great workers here, really appreciate the kindness.“

“This store is the fastest pace store I’ve ever been too . They get you in and out , I mean they get you your order and you be on your way , I can not say the same for the other Dunkin’s that I have experienced, the Dunkin’s I’ve visited are very slow UNLIKE THIS ONE AND THIS IS THE REASON I LIKE COMING HERE EVERY DAY BEFORE I GO TO WORK ! Also they are very kind people the workers just as well as the manager are always polite and very professional , there CLEAN , NEAT and their customer service is outstanding if I had to rate this specific store I would rate this One a even 100 . I would highly recommend this store to everyone.“

“Honestly, finding a seat here on a weekday afternoon is surprisingly simple. They always have fresh coffee brewing, and while the donuts are standard, you can usually count on snagging a table without much fuss, which is a small miracle these days.“

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

That being said, the babies are always polite.“

“This Dunkin is close to my job so it's convenient for me. Their coffee is spot on every time the way I like it, never had a complaint. The breakfast sandwiches are always hot. Donuts are fresh whenever I get them. Very friendly staff.“

“This was our first time at this Dunkin’ in the area, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us with the menu, our order was prepared very quickly, and both the coffee and the food were delicious. I’m emphasizing this because not every Dunkin’ in the area is as good as this one. From now on, this is the location I’ll be coming to.“

“I just love my Dunkin! Mocha Ice Coffee is my Favorite-2 sugars, cream, little Ice....,YUM YUM YUM. Sour Cream Donut is my favorite Donut...“

“For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“Great employees! Very friendly they greet you when you come in and the even joke around. The only thing I had a problem with is the bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen I was really grossed out. So bad I would not even wash my hands in the sink. If it wasn't for the bathroom this Dunkin Donuts would be perfect!“

“To whomever stole my daughter’s purse this morning from Dunkin’ Donuts on Frankford Ave in Philadelphia, just know that the police have been contacted. And good luck using any of her cards, because they have all been canceled and reported stolen. We are also aware of the last location in which you attempted to use one of the cards. You WILL be found out, sooner or later. But in the meantime, I hope you feel good about stealing from a kid. And to the Dunkin’ Donuts employee who assisted me over the phone and gave me advice, I want to sincerely thank you. I know that you were probably incredibly busy, but that didn’t stop you from being kind and compassionate and helpful. So thank you.“

“I love it there!! The workers are great especially the guy with the dreadlocks!“

“great customer service and food“
