“We held my mother and her twin brother’s 75th birthday in the Patio Room on Friday evening. Everything was perfect. The food was wonderful. Everyone was stuffed! My favorite was the shrimp and scallops, my husband’s couldn’t get enough of the prime rib! Jonathan and his team took such great care of us. He was so attentive. I have no idea how he remembered what everyone was drinking because we were getting up and mingling, but he managed to make sure everyone had a drink in their hand. Being next to the pizza oven when it was below freezing made it so cozy! I would absolutely recommend Cinders; a great time was had by all.“

“I never ever ever ever feel obliged to review restaurants. There are hundreds of reviews that speak and echo anything I would say about the delicious meal I enjoyed. But what is compelling me to post this was truly the regarding the service I received here. It brought me to tears!!! Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities. He was friendly, professional, helpful, efficient, polite, patient, mannerable and had great expertise about service and was knowledgeable about great foods listed on the menu.. He treated me with such dignity that I felt special actually I felt regal. He is an asset to Outbank Steakhouse. Thank you Lucas, I will be referring relatives to your restaurant.
