“Excellent steak at a reasonable price. Good bar for a pre dinner drink. Very good service with a friendly staff. A little loud at times to carry on a conversation but that all lends itself to its lively atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend Arthur’s and will be back.“

The food was incredible—delicious bread to start, perfect appetizers (carpaccio and grilled octopus), and standout mains. My husband loved his NY strip steak, and my branzino was so tender and flavorful. The cocktails were on point, too! Shoutout to Mamadou for the great service and to the owner, Joe, for stopping by our table and showing us the wood-fired grill on our way out. Such a nice touch! “Forgot how nice of a venue Rails is...it is really beautiful! Came here to celebrate 30+ years married and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Had oyster (east and west coast) appetizer and octopus with delicious garbanzo beans in a really tasty sauce!! Then had a NY strip and skirt steak... both cooked perfectly for medium rare. Had a side of creamed spinach which could've been cooked a little more...and very creamy. Next time I think I will get oil and garlic spinach instead..just a preference. Shout out to our waitress, Danielle,...very attentive and gave us a piece of cake on the house to take home and celebrate our anniversary...Also invited us to the speakeasy...but c'mon it's only MONDAY??? Saw.some people enjoying mac and cheese as an appetizer...looked good, but that would have been too much for us!! No starches ordered, but they looked good.“

“I have always loved this franchise, first time visiting this one in Parsippany and I liked it more than the others, although the wait to be seated was a little long due to the number of people, the waitress who served us had an excellent attitude (too bad I don't remember its name), the food came out in a timely manner, it was delicious and had a very good presentation (sorry but I remembered to take the photos late 🫣) as well as the drinks.“

He was friendly, professional, helpful, efficient, polite, patient, mannerable and had great expertise about service and was knowledgeable about great foods listed on the menu..
