We rushed to the restaurant on closing time and the owner of the restaurant served us the food just same as opening time.

“We stopped by for a quick bite a couple Saturdays ago. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was incredible. Indian food can be heavy but not this place. The owner and employee were so nice. Even though they were closing he let us sit and eat in the dining area. We had the garbanzo bean rice bowl, chicken tikka wrap and a breakfast sandwich. Highly recommend!!!“

Whether we get take out or dine in, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is fresh and flavorful, the music is calming jazz and the booths are so comfortable. We have many favorite dishes @ we especially love the thickness & taste of the raita. We highly recommend this restaurant, and we also enjoyed it 25 years ago when it was Begum Palace. When I went he personally came & show the table even though He was not working at my table. Pratikbhai is excellent every time. He ask the taste & bring the same taste food. Jambu was so good even he knows what I ordered last time & he brought same order I liked in past. Food is excellent, Everyone liked all the food . “I was there earlier today with a group of friends for the Christmas special Bengali Food Festival. We were quite impressed by the menu selection. The food was not oily& spicy at all,hence even the kids enjoyed the food. The service was good. I wish the restaurant would be more spacious. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.“

“We beat the rush. Cane in and ordered sat down and with in 15 mins had our food. There were those who ordered on line. The rush was so great some waited an hour before getting their order. We came in at 5:30. If you seriously need your order. Order between 5:00pm & 5:30pm or after 7pm. If you Can hold Out. LaZeez was that slammed. They with a full staff were that overwhelmed. Good food, great service. But choose your time in going. They only have so much room for flexibility. Maybe they need to buy the place next door and expand there kitchen?“

“Came here for the first time- we’re Vegans, and sometimes it’s difficult to find an Indian restaurant that has many vegan options. The staff went out of their way to help us find the vegan options on the menu, and when they were out of some ingredients to make certain dishes (it’s Diwali, and so it’s a busy time of year) that featured mushrooms and tofu, they actually custom created a dish so that we could try more of what they have to offer. A great experience, and will definitely be coming back!

“I had my son's first birthday at Rishtta and Madhi and his staff made it a truly memorable and oustanding event!

Working with Mr. Madhi at Rishtta was a pleasure. I planned a morning pooja followed by a lunch birthday party and he not only opened up the hall at 6 am and provided outstanding and dedicated staff to help assist in the food and decor set up and maintenance but also supported my other vendors so well. He was there the whole time to help with setup but also delegated some of the assistance to his staff, who were all very dedicated, helpful, and kind!

Rishtta provided all the drinks, which included delicious spiced chaas, masala chai, and mango lassi. All food and drinks were refilled throughout the 6-hour event and no guest went without these delicious refreshments. Rishtta also provided a live chaat station, which I highly highly recommend for your next event. It included fresh pani puris, aloo tikki chaat, and samosa chaat. Nothing was too spicy and my guests loved it! His servers helped cut my tiered cake and served it so perfectly.
