Because we were a party of 2 and ordered many courses , the server staggered our food so we could enjoy every morsel We started with soup. I had the lentil my husband had Moroccan Bean. Both were so wonderful we we started sharing. I was looking forward to the taramasalata all day. When it came to the table along with warmed pita bread it did not disappoint. On to the falafel: which were some of the best we ever sampled. Not finished yet, next we had lamb kafta. Which were succulent and prepared to perfection. Our final course was the superb moussaka. The eggplant melted in our mouth with each bite and the ground beef and béchamel enhanced the flavor to a higher level Our only disappoint was we didn't have room left for dessert. “I love this place! The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. I am vegan, and there are so many plant-based options that are absolutely delicious! This is a terrific option for a healthier fast food experience. The rice and hummus bowls are my favorites, with falafels and/or mushrooms for the protein choice. Welcoming log fire, beautiful surroundings and tasteful furnishings. Food, drinks and service all scored 10 out of 10. Worth visiting Skipton just for the Efendy experience alone.
