“I want to write about Jordan, one of the managers. I was in town for my nephew's graduation. After the ceremony, on the evening of Sunday, May 18, I wanted to cheer his accomplishments with family and champagne. Jordan quickly set me up with the bottle I'd selected and 9 flutes so we could toast in the hotel library. She refused a tip, instead sharing it with the bartenders. She is definitely one of the assets of this establishment.“

“I definitely would recommend the Morris House Hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. The decor is historically beautiful and charming. Always thick cut like pre sliced and the weight is always off I work for ShopRite as a deli and I expect my stuff to be right not me walk back and then you guys do it right the second time ! & the new owners has the lunch meat in Handel plastic bags looks very unsanitary & no dates or nothing wrapped properly. I Stopped going there because of the new owners. Old owners never had this problem & Never anything on shelf’s always looks empty. Need the old owners back asap !“

“As a loyal Honeygrow lover with a Rewards membership, the cooks with longer hair NEED hairnets! In my opinion, the food is too good to worry about finding a long strand of hair in my Garlic Shrimp Stirfry.

“When I arrived at LAX late at night, I was disappointed to find that all the food options were closed. Hungry and unsure of what to get, I stumbled upon a Farmer’s Fridge vending machine and decided to give it a try. I chose the chicken Caesar salad, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the flavors were well-balanced, and it tasted far better than I anticipated. It was a convenient and satisfying option, and I’d definitely grab one again in a pinch!“

“Tried the chips and guacamole while waiting for a friend who is getting a surgical procedure done. Everything was super fresh and delicious. I’m picky about guacamole but this was so good! I also got the white cheddar cheese cubes, they were also very good. The salads all look amazing, I wish I had tried one of those as well. I wish more places had one of these vending machines!“

“I had dinner at La Sera the other day and was impressed. The appetizers were delicious--we had the calamari, cozze, and mushrooms. All were delicious, but the mushrooms were phenomenal. For entrees, our table had the ribeye, veal ripieno, spaghetti and meatballs, and ravioli rosa. Everyone loved their food.

And I must give a special shout out to Meritan. I realized the next day that I left my hat at the restaurant and I had already left for the airport to return to Florida. I connected with Meritan who I coordinated with to have it shipped to my house.

In all, La Sera offers delicious food and service from good people. I will certainly be back.“

“Okay I have to say, I eat here at least 4 times a week and the service is EXCEPTIONAL. I order ahead on my work break and the staff always greets me with a smile and they always have my order ready. Sometimes it’s the only thing that makes me smile during a stressful day at work. So I appreciate everyone there so much.“

“The staff is very responsive to their patient’s needs. We came in on a busy Friday, Valentine’s day night because of heavy labored breathing that my son was experiencing. They quickly noticed even before we told them why we were there and took him back. He received an IV, High flow nasal cannula and chest x-ray. The doctors and nurses are very kind, patient and swift. There’s too many to name, but shout out to the staff in the ER that night and 5 West this weekend.“

“I didn't really like this place when they first opened. Everything tasted premade, as if it was sitting around for a while. But i have some gone back several times and everything is made to order. They are willing to make changes to certain rolls, and everything is a great value now.“

“We recently decided to grab CAVA on our way home, and the first CAVA we went to we did not have a good experience so we decided to just walk out and drive to the nearest CAVA which was 20 minutes away and when we arrive to the other location, which was this location, they were getting ready to close the store, but the employees were very welcoming and kind and took our order right away and even gave a sample pita chips to our kids to try just in case if they didn’t like it and we just decided to let them know how great they are doing and how wonderful we felt once we felt the CAVA hospitality. We just appreciate the fact that they made us feel appreciated and valued. I knew they was tired because it was close to closing time but they still shared a smile with us. Jeniah and Devin really blessed us. Praying for an abundance of favor and blessings over them and the establishment!“

We felt comfortable as our kids moved around the room, which was spacious and not cluttered. The food was delicious and fast. “I just inhaled the best burger in town. Finally got in to try Heemo’s-Sicklerville and I’m mad it took me so long! I’ve had them saved to try a few months but they’ve been here for years! Absolutely delicious! Long overdue trying and WE WILL BE BACK! Amazing fries, onion rings- well cooked and so good!!! Burger is thinner than I’m use to- more falafel thickness but it actually FIT THE BUN! Instead of half the size like most fast food junk. And I’m not still hungry. Real food, delicious food, extremely kind and efficient staff! (They got a MASSIVE order as I was there and now I have to try those foods next time! Haha) Thank you for opening up a second location for us to stumble into! Sorry it took us so long but you’ve got us hooked. Truly. Try this place. You won’t regret it. Get the heemos fries! “Cozy, welcome little neighborhood eatery in South Philly. Our party of 5 had both lunch and breakfasts. All were big hits! Pictures below was one of the specials-short rib grilled cheese. “The other night (Tuesday night) we celebrated my bday by going to Santucci's Original Square Pizza in Ventnor. It was so good!! And the atmosphere was so nice. I loved sitting on the rooftop and it was a great experience. The bar was right there too and the drinks were strong🍹😜 our waitress Monique was sooo nice and helpful!!
