“The Ritas Italian ice in Neptune, New Jersey is on my way home from my gym. I visited for the first time after grueling workout not expecting much. I was honestly floored by the customer service experience I received and how well the team seem to gel together. One employee, Desiree, whose name I asked for specifically for this review, was particularly adapt to handling large orders and tedious requests coming from customers, Myself included. Despite the calamity of a busy summer, high traffic, ice cream shop, Desiree as well as the rest of the team Remain poised and courteous to all of the customers who were at the store. Yes, ice cream was good, but the customer service was better.“

“On Sunday we stopped in to pick-up something to take over to my brother and sister in-laws house for dessert. What's better than Carvel. There was so much to choose from it all looked so good!!! I can remember as a kid Carvel commercials how can you forget Cookie Puss. After a long time on making a decision we chose the ice cream sandwiches Yummy. Upon arriving we told my brother in-law we got ice cream sandwiches his serious reply was he never meant a ice cream sandwich he didn't like. They were absolutely deliciousI want to say the woman running the shop was very professional and pleasant. She was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend this location.“
“The 'corner food store' of the hospital atrium, serving breakfast (egg and sandwiches), lunch (deli sandwiches), soda, and most importantly coffee. Food is decent and the coffee is pretty good, but it's the price that knocks this down a star.“

“My boyfriend picked up my ice cream cake last weekend (March 2nd) and the cake was AMaZINg! It came out better than expected. The cake decorator did an incredible job at making his idea come to life! It was vanilla, with chocolate peanut butter and chocolate drizzled on the side. It tasted delicious! We will be back for future cakes. Thank you!“

“Now this is a way better and more AWESOME!!! ice cream truck service, safety updated with an electric swing arm stop sign like on school buses which is extremely AWESOME , safe, clear, and recognizable because octagon means STOP whereas sideways trapezoid with rounded corners on the wide end and pointed corners on the narrow end means SLOW unlike some other ice cream truck services that still have the bad old outdated red trapezoid children slow crossing warning blades that word IF-SAFE STOP THEN-GO which is confusing.“

“We were up from South Carolina visiting family in Tinton Falls and after a day walking the neighborhood, it was time for ice cream. We are repeat customers here at Ryan's, which has a very nice selection of ice cream, including soft serve. It's located on a main drag and should do great business, but we were there five minutes after opening (couldn't wait ?) so it was all ours.“

“Been going here since 2003 and before when the owner had a gold chain and tan with a white tank top on. Mad cool dude still works there.
