“So came randomly on a Thursday night was greeted Cat with the most amazing happy hour lychee martini and loved it so much I had to try espresso martini and wow I was not disappointed. With a pretty extensive happy hour bite menu I chose the Mac and cheese croquettes with truffle pastas sauce run don’t walk there phenomenal. We also tried the fried picked and if your a pickle girls they are a hit. I highly recommend this neighborhood Gem that’s packs incredible deals on the daily. I’m def coming back“

“My first time to a professional baseball game and only second time to New York! I'm glad it was Game 1 of the ALDS. We flew in Saturday morning from Wilmington, NC and back out Sunday evening! Not only was the energy out of this world, but Lisa, had more control of the bar patrons in both fairness and communication in her delivery of adult beverages! Thanks for a memorable experience and I hope to revisit in the near future! (invitations are gladly accepted - 🤣🤣🤣)“

“The Throwback is hands down the best sports bar on the Upper West Side, and honestly, one of the best hangs in all of NYC.
From the moment you walk in, you feel it, this place has a soul. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun. It is the kind of spot where you sink into your seat and never want to leave. The menu is solid, the drink selection is great (cocktails, beers, you name it), and the staff is in a league of their own. They don't just serve you, they make you feel like you've been invited into their home.
For sports fans, The Throwback is an absolute paradise. TVs everywhere, great sightlines no matter where you sit, and an energy that makes every game feel like an event. And the memorabilia? It's INCREDIBLE. The walls alone will stop you in your tracks.

“I have been going to Sonoma almost weekly for over a year now. It started off with taco Thursdays and their delicious margarita specials and has now turned into exploring every menu item possible. I am consistently impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Incredibly delicious every single time. I am gluten intolerant which can pose challenges. The kitchen and staff have been amazing In accommodating my food allergy. I highly recommend Sonoma on any day of the week. It very quickly became my favorite go-to restaurants.“

“After Yankee Stadium tour we went in Hard Rock. My wife noticed our server Brooke had the Pin she wanted that the gift shop was out of. She told Brooke, who then gave it to her!!!! She was the Sweetest!! She and Kiki took great care of Us!! Ask for Brooke when you go!!“

“I stopped by to watch a game and ended up staying for dinner. The bourbon bacon burger was cooked exactly how I asked, and the loaded waffle fries were crispy and perfect for sharing. The bartenders were friendly, drinks came out quickly, and the atmosphere was energetic without being too loud. Great neighborhood sports bar with solid food and excellent service.“

“Stopped by for the 2nd time after enjoying my first time stopping in for a quick bite. Nice vibe, the bartender was a doll. Second time wasn’t so great at first, felt uncomfortable with this bartenders energy and wanted to just pay for my drink and leave. On a whim decided to mention it to the manager and he was an absolute angel (hence his name lol). Really seemed sincere in addressing my concerns and I left feeling much better. Will definitely be back, it’s a dope spot with a nice selection of food and drinks.“

“Play offs is cool right. Payed $50 to get in. Ok cool. Went to the bathroom and there’s a lady holding napkins and mad cuz you ain’t tip for the napkin. I mean I gave her $10 cuz I was drinking and not thinking. But hell no playoff check her please. Napkins in the bathroom are free. Especially with $50 entry. Am I right or am I right!!!“

“The atmosphere is chill. The venue is intimate however it is comfortable. The D.J was amazing in Saturday night. He keot up with the vibe and it was a great time. I love the pinball machine, its a cool touch. It was giving urban dive bar with the great tunes shoutout D.J Vizzy Von Doom“

“Vaga Alta Sports Bar near Yankee Stadium is a solid spot to hang out before or after a game. I stopped by and grabbed a Stella—served in a clean, cold glass, which I appreciated. The prices are decent, though I didn’t explore much beyond the beer. The menu’s got a ton of options if you’re hungry. The bartendress was gorgeous and super friendly, which made the vibe even better. With at least a dozen TVs showing different sports, it’s a great place to catch some action. Four stars—definitely a nice holdover spot!“

“If you love karaoke and a dive, so does the owner. This reminds me of a speakeasy. Come here for karaoke vibes, good Peruvian Chaufa, and a bar owner who knows the local area and history. You're welcome. This could be your first and last stop - there's plenty of parking. Enjoy.“

“My family and I come here all the time, and we absolutely love it! The pizza here is hands down better than anywhere else around, and I honestly stopped getting it from other places. I’m also obsessed with the chicken cutlet caesar wrap!! I always ask for breaded chicken, and it’s perfect every time. I do wish they had more seating inside for a bigger vibe to hang out with friends, but even so, the place is super cute. Service is always very nice too! Highly recommend!“

“Planned a dinner for my husband's birthday last Saturday. Mars was our waitress. She was attentive and so kind. The manager Sarah provided awesome service to our large party as well.
