“We went here for coffee ☕️on a Sunday morning. The shop is nicely decorated, it has a rustic tone 🐮 to it. There's a high counter at the window, a long booth type seat against one wall with some tables, some cozy chairs scattered around, and a couple of free-standing tables. There was plenty of seating available when we arrived.
Like I said we ordered coffee. The food 🥐🍪🍰 displayed looked delicious but we didn't have anything, I was pleasantly surprised to see some gluten-free options 😋 It was also very nice that after we ordered and sat down when our coffee was ready they brought it to our table.
The coffee was decent. I give it one mug out of two.
The one thing I should point out if you're not from the area, parking is not always easy. There is street parking and public parking lots but they do fill up fast and most days you have to pay for parking. Be prepared to walk, pleasantly surprised if you get close parking and allow yourself time to walk there.“

“Trendy vibe with friendly staff, but the experience was mixed. The place is noisy, which kills the chill café feel. I asked for an extra hot cappuccino, but it was barely warm. Coffee blend itself was average, but the pastries surprisingly were great, fresh and nicely warmed up.

Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers.
