The milkshakes are made with real ingredients, and the burgers and fries are always tasty and well-prepared. This location is a favorite in the Newark area. The general manager was walking around outside and had a wonderful spirit. The food was fresh and delicious. However, some customers experienced long waits at the drive-thru, and some food arrived cold and mushy. The Chilli Cheese Fries were not recommended, with the cheese out of a can and the chilli sweet. The staff is ok, and some feel they forget what customer service genuinely is. Options include drive-thru and walk-in.
