“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! “This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Jersey City (and believe me, there are many). The staff is so lovely, the food is fresh and delicious and reasonably priced for the quality, the drinks are fun. I've brought babies, worked here, stopped by with my dog for takeout, and sat outside, and all experiences have been great. Highly recommend Hybrid!“

“Best babka I’ve ever had, ohhhh my goodness. Best bakery I’ve been to in a long time, and I am bakery-obsessed. Already dreaming of how and when I can make my way back to Park Slope just for this and the super chocolate-chip cookie. But that babka, this subtle mix of Nutella and chocolate (I don’t even like Nutella) and the smooth, moistness of it all is so perfect, with this sugared little crispy bottom. Shoutout to Omri, a talented stop-motion artist working his last week, who was so warm and helpful to me.

“The rum infused espresso is to die for… Even as a coffee enthusiast this is not something I’d seen before but it definitely made for a cool experience and made it feel like more than just your typical cafe.

Never been to a coffee shop where the staff are so friendly, genuinely left a bit shocked after having been asked to have our photo taken for the instagram!

“Cutesy little coffee shop bakery that I stumbled upon while in town. Small, quaint, quiet and cutesy. My gf and I ordered a slice of Banana Walnut Bread, Spearmint Hot Tea, Iced Passionfruit Black Tea and Kouign-amann. “I live in the area and attend college out of town so getting to the library on my off days is tough. I've been looking for a place with a chill ambiance, wifi, good tea, and coffee. Well, look no more for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Great rustic look, comfy seating with back support, loads of outlets for laptops, and the second-floor space are super cute and cozy too. Oh and there's a small little outside area that's pretty cool as well. Shaquille (hope I spelled it right) was AMAZING! So down-to-earth, friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. She made me the Tumeric latte for me and I all but licked the cup clean. I had the hummus & cucumber on sourdough toast and it was divine. Also, a great option for vegans. I totally recommend this place if you have similar needs or just want to hang out with some friends. I will surely be going back.“

“Was in New York for the first time. Stumbled across this Bagel shop!! Best Bagels and Cream Cheese in the City!! Wonderful Atmosphere too!!“

“One of the best pourovers I've had in a cafe in a long time! Loved this cafe. The baristas are super nice and very skilled, which is hard to find in a lot of the country.

I ordered a washed anaerobic Colombian from their Competition series. Sometimes these coffees can be a bit over fermented for my taste, but this was probably the best anaerobic I've ever tried. The barista brewed in an origami dripper. Such a nice acidity and balanced flavor that was sweet and fruity tasting. My wife got a hot chocolate that she very much enjoyed as well.“

“It’s one of those places you would walk straight through unless you knew of it beforehand or saw its raving reviews.

I got a cortado and an almond croissant. They were both good and the barista was extremely kind even when the place became packed and she was managing the coffee machine, oven and registering machine.

It was not too small but not big enough to have 20 people inside to sit together.

The cafe was really quiet. Vintage vibe. You can see the owner really thought about the decorations and theme for the cafe. There is no laptop policy though so it is good to read books or talk with your friends.

I got the matcha drink which was pretty good. It had a strong matcha flavor without any weird aftertaste. Walnut brownie was really good so is the cookie.

I highly recommend this place. I would like to try other baked goods and chai next time.“

I had the ube pan de sal and the Kashmir cardamom latte with oat milk. I absolutely love both!
